While I definitely see Army grunts with FDE parts a lot more these days, you can turn your entire build black with the Charcoal camo. In this case it will conflict with the PEQ15, which is *only* available in FDE, so alternatively ACE's Mk12 stock is available as the Demo Fade Pro, a classic option in the SOPMOD package The Bullseye appears to be based on the Trijicon TA648, which I don't believe was ever adopted. The more common Elcan SpectreDR is available as the Cronen Zero-P Tuning is very powerful for fixing up off-meta builds. Just identify a problem, look through attachments that could fix it, and find one that doesn't have a tradeoff in another problem area
Pretty sure there was a camo that's just solid black to turn it black. Also, the stock mw2 2022 m4 is actually a good representation of the Geissele URGI m4, especially with that rail. Mw2019 had a DD rail from sopmod block 2. This URGI is informally called the block 3 and is the new rifle in the block. Squad's M4 with an acog, vertical foregrip and normal quad is sopmod block 1, circa 90-early 00s.
I fitted the M4 in the game to be fashioned after one of my personal rifles. I got the 14" barrel, Aimpoint PRO looking optic, and vanilla all the way around

I personally use the SZ SRO-7 Red Dot Sight (the one that the regular Squad infantry player has) since I don't use the M4 for long ranges in-game; I reserve that ACOG for the M16

You should have used the M16 to make the rifle, the “M4” in the game is a Mk18CQBR, the M16s upper is the proper colt/bushmaster military AR upper. Which would make it a M4 and not a M4A1 since it would be 3shot burst, but that’s how I make my “M4” in MW2. Also the 14 1/2 inch m4 barrel is actually 16 inches
You are correct regarding the barrel. It is the closest you can get. Though the barrel of the M4 is 16”, the MK18 CQBR has a 14” barrel. It is used mainly by our SOF guys.
