Thanks! I found you as was looking for GRAB research and your profound 2-part research contributed alot to my understading. I'm 41% up and agree that it has decades to go.
Thank you very much for your videos! I dicovered your channel since a video of Sea 10 months ago and I haven't missed a video since then. My position on grab is being the most profitable of my portfolio :)
Man I know the YT algorithm can be discouraging but I really hope u stay at it, you’re elite my friend. You have great objective, conservative, yet forward looking analysis of companies while not straying too far away from the quarterly reports. Great balance between breaking down the long reports, and adding valuable thoughts on the data. Beautiful work! Oh and you rarely miss🏹🎯
Thank you for your warm comment, I really appreciate it. I try to provide data-driven, unbiased research as much as I can. And oh... I do miss sometimes, I just got lucky with some positions like HIMS GRAB and SOFI
I absolutely agree! I love these deep dives! Riyado's two-part vid on GRAB a few months ago is probably the best financial analysis I've seen on TH-cam so far, and, frankly, the competition for the top three would also be among his other vids, like HIMS, SEA etc. Consistent high quality work and excellent in-depth analysis! Thank you, man!
Your a legend Riyado! Would love to see you make videos more regularly because you never miss. What's your thoughts on GRAB vs SE head to head over the long term?
Aww thanks for watching my videos! I do miss sometimes so don't take my videos as investment advice. I think GRAB and SE will both do very well in the next decade or so. It's a huge market and I see them become a duopoly in SEA. They are that good.
Great overall analysis. Grab will be highly profitable from its lending Digital banks. Key is they are lending to drivers, merchants, customers whom they have big data history, which is great. Review following companies in Fintech lending business to see how profitable this segment is with Data. UPST, AFRM, SOFI all up 100% plus. Holding 12,000 shares of Grab. Should hit $10 in 2025
Thanks for sharing. As I mentioned in the video, the fintech business certainly has the biggest potential in terms of driving profitability. SeaMoney, SoFi, PayPal all has demonstrated this.
Thank you for the excellent analysis, as always! Your in-depth work on GRAB, HIMS etc. is by far the best I've seen on YT. I would really like to see you revisit HIMS after Amazon announced its new telehealth products. I know this was expected for months but now that we know the specifics, does it change anything about the thesis? How about the broader competitive environment? I would also love to see your take on NU's recent results. In my reading, they're great and I'm super bullish on NU. On the other hand, Buffett started selling the stock. Do you think he's seeing something we're missing?
Thank you! I'll cover competition risk for HIMS in future videos. As for NU, I have no opinion on it since I haven't looked into the stock. Thanks again for the questions and suggestion!
Thank you for your analysis. first time here and will be following moving forward. what would you consider as a reasonable entry price for a long term position?
I think you sold your shares to me cause I bought more in August... But that aside, we all mistakes. I surely did when I trimmed my PLTR position at $16. I missed buying ADYEY at $7 because I was trying to time the bottom. Or worse, I bought a shitco and held longer than I have to. Point is, we all make mistakes. But we live and we learn :)
Hi Riyado!, Great channel. I purchased some Marqueta shares and considering buying some of Opendoor. Do you still have a strong conviction about Opendoor long term?
If you exclude Cash of $5B, valuation looks much more reasonable. That said, i think GRAB deserves a premium given that it's basically UBER, DASH, CART, PYPL, and SOFI all mashed up into one platform (not literally but you get my point).
Great video 👏👏. I’m hims investor already, opened a grab position after your video and my researches. When you have time can you analyze hiti stock please ? I think it has high potential too 😊
Thanks for the information. It has dropped about 15% in the last day. Any idea why the Crypto-like fluctuations? Do u think it will settle back up around $5.50 soon?
Thanks for watching. It dropped due to an analyst downgrade, but more importantly, due to its recent 80% rally. Stocks don't go up in a straight line. I think it could go down to about $4 before resuming its uptrend.
That is subjective. Some might say it's good some might say it's bad. For me, I wouldn't buy at $5 as the risk to reward is not attractive enough for me.
Good video as always. I should have entered this stock earlier. The reason I didn't is at that time I preferred SE for that region. I also am not certainly so bullish on deliveries, and I didn't realize these guys have a lending/fintech business too. I should learn this stock again. However, I still think I prefer SE even at today's prices. I'm not looking for advise at all, but curious: do you prefer GRAB to SE (at today's prices)? SE just reported fantastic earnings, any chance you can do an update on them?
I'm bullish on both but I'm more overweight on GRAB as I feel like the risk to reward is higher. I think GRAB's moat in SEA is unmatched. I'll definitely do an update on SE :)
Those who are afraid of the American companies under a new President..this may be a good buy and maybe safer place for your money in a foreign companyy…there is always a risk..
my issue with grab is that they are only part owners sometimes with multiple partners of their newly created banks, if they soley owned them it would then be a super stock to me
Thanks! I found you as was looking for GRAB research and your profound 2-part research contributed alot to my understading.

Thank you for your 1st video on Grab. I have invested 3K$ after your video and i am at 52% profit.
Nice! Congrats to you and thank you for trusting me!
@riyadosofian u trust, however im more concerned of war. I do see other transportation services moving to grab. Good analysis though 👍
I love grab. I’ve owned it since spac. Bought heavy at 2.6 ish. 3K shares
You fished the bottom :) nice!
Can only agree with prior comments. Love your videos/analyses, always looking forward to watch them.
Thank you! I appreciate you!

Oh it was a lot of homework. Thank you for watching!
Great analysis great content I started a small position a few weeks ago for a long term hold 🎉

Absolutely killing it :)
@@riyadosofian It's all because of you!
Can't fault your picks paypal, hims, sofi and grab to name a few.
I have my fair share of losers (OPEN, MQ, ENPH) too

I'm in Thailand, using Grab every day for food and mart.
Hopes it goes back up
@EN3T3 i hope it goes down so I can buy some more at good price.
In with 540 shares since April thanks to you ❤
I'm glad it worked out for you :)
great presentation!
Hey man first time watching and this is a great video but can you please make more videos analyzing stocks?
1st TIME watching-IMPRESSED !
Welcome and thank you :)
2445 shares at 5.18! Grab to the moon!

I feel like Grab is a slow moving money train that we should hold on to for long time.
You're 100% spot on. Don't expect 100% returns in the next twelve months. But longer term, it should be higher from here :)
Thank you 🎉
You're welcome!
Thank you for your analysis. first time here and will be following moving forward. what would you consider as a reasonable entry price for a long term position?
Thank you! I think under $4 would be a very good entry price :)
Awesome analysis on GRAB. Any chance you can do an update on OPEN? Been looking forward for a while now. Thanks!
I bought some when you first released your video, but I lost patience when it went down in August and sold. Big mistake 😭
I think you sold your shares to me cause I bought more in August...

What do you make of the down day today? Down 10% on some analysts downgrade?
I don't really listen to analyst comments. Downgrades are just noise. I'm confident in my own research and analysis...No change in my thesis.
I bought in today at 5 dollars 10 after seeing it down. I am currently in Vietnam so well aware of Grab and use it most days.

Hi Riyado!, Great channel. I purchased some Marqueta shares and considering buying some of Opendoor. Do you still have a strong conviction about Opendoor long term?
It will be great to know the situation of Opendoor after the decrease on the stock price while most of the market has increase.
I'll try to do an update on OPEN and MQ soon. Both are frustrating holds in my opinion...
@@riyadosofian Thanks, I will Buy some OPEN and wait for your update. MQ is 10% up, I bought some shares 2W ago.
How do you think of the relativley high price to sales ratio of about seven? Isnt it still rather highly valued?

Great analysis but 6-7$ in 2033 is nothing
$6-$7 in 12 months
Uber exited South East Asia
Yes they did a few years ago
@riyadosofian I think bolt is they bigger competition currently but they don't do mart or finance so that's an edge.
