Hi I got my firefly at Christmas last year do you think I can return it because costumer service isn’t responding and it’s not working at all like it’s not firing
This blaster only worked once straight out the box since I got it. The battery will not charge and the gun beeps when I put the battery in. Any Ideas? Probably just need to order the big battery.😒
What battery charger are you using to charge the Edge's battery? I noticed that the Edge is very very VERY and I mean REALLY demanding on the battery. If your battery is not properly charged, it will cause all sort of problems. I strongly recommend using B6 charger and charge the battery slowly (If you are on the 350mAH stock mini battery, use 0.2-0.3A to slowly charge the battery). I also recommend getting the larger cap battery that will make the Edge works more reliably.
Have you tried rewiring for other lipos? I’ve had that problem with both batteries and even aftermarket batteries. I have had problems with the front switch not resetting though which fixing that fixed it for me. How sure are you that the problem is the battery?
@@FrontlineFoamBlasters I'm not totally sure yet but I did order another battery. When I put it on the charger the lights do not say charging. I'm also going to order the suggested charger today.

That has happened to me twice. i ended up pulling out the battery. but I don't activate the edge like you do. I fully pull back the slide.
