Now we ballin' got a hundred rolled up... I'm starting to think the glamor and excesses described during the Depp trial may have made some recreation seem attractive, but nobody high or low is immune to addiction. After Depp trial Nick took off for the Caribbean, became his own version of Jack Sparrow then began his descent into Davy Jones' Locker.
This whole thing must be very difficult for you, Andrew. The downfall of a good friend, and learning the nasty details of it. I respect you for your strength of facing this and not be silent. I can comfortably call you Andrew-Senpai knowing that you deserve the respect you get.
Anyone whose job relies on filling out paperwork should be required by law to take a penmanship/legibility class. I can't respect any police officer, or human being at large, who has the hand writing of a 6 year old. If you care that little about that, in what other ways do you put in zero effort?
The rumour is, Kayla kicked him out of the house? Sounds like her parents may have been involved in dealing with this some what. This is just speculation, although nick being kicked from the house is rumour.
My mind paused at the word "dealing" and started contemplating the idea that Kayla's parents were dealing the drugs, then I continued the sentence and realized it actually made sense.
What it seems like to me though, on the outside looking in, is that they got the warrant, on nothing more than the officer saying, i have strong beliefs that there are drug on the premises?? what were the reasons in the WARRANT for the officer believing so>?? i only watched your vid on it last night, and may have missed it, but it seemed like the language only said, I have reason to believe there are drugs in the house basically..
Remember that a search warrant is just that - it gives them the basic authority to perform a search, and all they normally require is a strong enough suspicion that a Judge will agree to sign said warrant. Just like when they get a road-side warrant to search your car - it's based upon reasonable assumption of what the officer details. There are also warrants where they have positive proof, and they are worded with those items described in the reason for the warrant. Andrew gives the detail at about 5:50.
It lays out a number of things that the officer observed and were informed of. It is worded the way it is, because it is the officer explaining to the judge why the search is warranted. The amount of evidence needed is relatively low. Just enough to show its more than a "hunch"
if 4 separate people voicing concerns seperatly to a 5th, who happened to be a mandatory reporter who then had to contact the police/ an officer, then sure 'just one officer'.

Nick is spiraling. I’ve been following him since the VIC saga…. This is really sad to see.
All he's missing from his curriculum vitae is penmanship training.
I wake up every morning praying they have released the bodycam footage overnight, what a harvest 🌽
That'll take about 10 days as they have to blur the children's faces.
"These damn kids snitching to the cops."
Excellent analysis

Watch this video. It lays out more than " than the officer saying," things.
