    According to dha(General Naveed safdar speech on 20th July 2022) the subsequent ballot is pressure ballot with practically no turn of development. That is the reason DHA is re balloting these plots.
    According to your opinion some of them are not changed in light of the fact that they are present at the hour of early development. A large number of them are in bluebell and rose sector.
    Furthermore, the individual who got escalation charges in September should be re Balloted

    DHA Not changed plot of owner who received escalation in Sep 23. It is in street 28a, Bluebell. My plot with possession letter is on Road-3, Bluebell. Both are 2nd ballot. I listened General Sb, he never said 2nd ballot plots have no land. Pressure does not mean, plots of 2nd ballot are not existed. They are intact with land and are being developed. This fact is also confirmed by DHA officials. There is no chance of re-ballot of 2nd ballot except few those where development issue arises. All plots with issues had already been shuffled.

    HAVE A GREAT DAY........ I HAVE 4 MARLA COMMERCIAL BALLOTED PLOT IN ROSE SECTOR. I AM INTERESTED TO SELL, WOULD U PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE ESTIMATEF SELLING PLOT. IT WAS ZERO SURCHARGE & ALL DUES ARE SETTLED....

    Total Disinformation regarding 2nd ballot. These are balloted plots. Only those plots were shifted which had issues like there is lake, dam or mountains or where early development was not possible. Moreover, map is not yet finalized and available map is incomplete. Even Larg number of 1st ballot plots are not showing on current incomplete map. Moreover:
    1. I have possession letter for 2nd ballot plot in bluebell.
    2. Sitemap issued by DHA for that 2nd ballot plot.
    3. Escalation Cost is being imposed on 2nd ballot plots which are once developed. A person known to me got escalation cost in September 2023 for his 2nd ballot in bluebell block with two year installment plan.
    Please confirm from DHA prior making such statement regarding 2nd ballot plots.
