Answer for (C) is 5∛5 in its simplest form. 5x=125x¯¹/² x=25x¯¹/² x ÷x¯¹/²=25 x¹+¹/²=25 x³/²=25; squaring both sides x³=625 ; taking cubic root x= (5*5*5*5)¹/³ x= 5∛5
1:17 So what he did here is made the base of each expression the same. This means that we can just get rid of these bases, due to their equivalence, and bring the exponents down as bases.
RHS will be 1/2^3 which gives 2^-3 Then LHS is 2^(5x-1)as you said. So we can equate exponents since bases are equal... So 5x - 1 =-3 5x =-2 and so x=-2/5 or - 0.4 Let me know if that helps 😅 Also checkout my channel for more helpful Math videos
5x + 1 = 625 Subtract 1 from both sides of the equation 5x + 1 (- 1) = 625 - 1 5x = 624 Divide 5 by both sides of the equation to make x subject of the formula 5X ÷ 5 = 624 ÷ 5 X = 124.8
Answer for (C) is 5∛5 in its simplest form.
5x=125x¯¹/²
x=25x¯¹/²
x ÷x¯¹/²=25
x¹+¹/²=25
x³/²=25; squaring both sides
x³=625 ; taking cubic root
x= (5*5*5*5)¹/³
x= 5∛5
Clear explanation may good lord may bless you
Do clear calculations on question b when cross multiplying ❤ 3:11
Yes
It's not clear
Thanks for helping me to solve my question sir
Great work sir, help on this question.if A+B+ C=180°, show that, sin2A+sin2B+sin2C=2sin(A+B) cos(A-B)+2sinC cosC.
Thank you so much this video is very helpful
Thanks again so much for your help
For a), I took a more complicated approach that involved using logarithms and I also ended up getting x = 5/2 (or x = 2.5).
2^(4x+2)=2^(6x-3)=>6x-3=4x+2=>x=5/2ans
Sir please explain more on this one
But I think u made a mistake on part 2 sir while cross multiplying
Hw did u even cross multiply those things
also ddnt understand the cross multiplication especially question b😢😢
Same
Same
Am also wondering because cross multiply is failing
Thanks so much for your help❤
Am I the only one who is confused here
Drop them digits
No, and I’m wondering why the numbers are big and the rest are small?

Which part
Not at all
Sir continue
explain the 3rd quiz well🙁🙁🙁🙁
Good well
Good teacher
Please clearify quadratic equations and functions in A level
How can I calculate this:
2 to the power of 5x - 1 = 1/8 to the power of x(x - 1)
RHS will be 1/2^3 which gives 2^-3
Then LHS is 2^(5x-1)as you said. So we can equate exponents since bases are equal... So 5x - 1 =-3
5x =-2 and so x=-2/5 or - 0.4
Let me know if that helps 😅

Excuse me sir I have not understood well how the laws of indices have applied in x.x^1/2...please help🙏🙏
Thanks for helping me
Any time
Please in question 2whereis the 2
What about when given 12^3x+1=4^3x+1 and told to find x?
Why didn't we make the last question have the same base I'm confused
Aaaaa how can you multiply 1/x^4=625 and just make inter changes
Very good question 😅 I am also get confused here
Plz redo questions (b)
When a question is giving maybe 5×+1=625, how will you solve it
5x + 1 = 625
Subtract 1 from both sides of the equation
5x + 1 (- 1) = 625 - 1
5x = 624
Divide 5 by both sides of the equation to make x subject of the formula
5X ÷ 5 = 624 ÷ 5
X = 124.8
this mathematics is for engineering mathematics or what
🤣🤣
We don't know
Please I need clear explanation on question C
Where is three coming from
Sorry please how is 2 raised to the power of 3 8 isn't it meant to be 2 raised to the power of 4
Yes
I don't understand letter b sir
I need help
Am new here guys
Too fast bro, clear explanation.
How did you find x -3/2
All was well until the last part
Solve this 2 rest to power x minus y equal to 16
I want you to solve for me (1/3 )-1
شكرا
Thonk you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
