Depend karta hai kitna hai uska lactose intolerance. Ek baar milk convert hojata hai into milk products like curd, cheese etc, toh lactose convert hota hai lactic acid mein. So basically, milk products contain less lactose than milk. Isiliye small amounts mein khaa sakte hain.
