Bumrah has 392 Wickets in 192 Matches. 159 Wickets in 36 Tests @20.69, 149 Wickets in 89 ODIs @23.55 and 84 Wickets in 67 T20s @18.09. Here lies the problem with that stat. In T20s, you only get to bowl 4 Overs, 2 Wickets in 4 Overs is a pretty good day. Also, you got to be economical as well. 20/1 in 4 overs is might be better than 36/3 in 4 overs on most days. Like SR matters a lot for batters in T20s, economy matters a lot for bowlers as well. So, conclusion is Bumrah and Holding have very similar stats in test Cricket as batting in tests since WTC has gotten difficult (Result oriented Pitches + Wobble seam), in ODIs, batting has gotten much easier as reverse swing is out of equation (exception - Very Dry Pitches) and powerplay rules, so, I would say Bumrah has better stats.
