I wanted to share my experience. I've been out of school for twenty years. I bought Nursehub and studied for a week and a half The math was hard for me also. I was praying so hard! I spent over an hour and a half on math. I made a 76 on math and 84 on reading. Ratio and proportions are a lot on the test. I was the last person left I kept hearing these girls fail the test in the office! But she she told me my results. I passed. I gave my praise to Jesus right in front of her! With God all things are possible We got this
Lmfaooo i was sooooo excited, just to be able to have applied for nursing school. I still have a couple things to pick up, but otherwise I'm so excited
Brittany Nicole yes I’ve gotten most things except a new laptop. I’m debating on the MacBook Air and the Microsoft surface 3. I heard the MacBook Air’s fans get really loud and it over heats easily, but it’s so pretty. Lol however they are both so expensive 😔.
@@NurseBrittanyNicole I didnt take it yet because of the pandemic. I took the wonderlic test .As long as u pass that and a mental assessment, they are allowing u to enter the program. All other requirements must be met. We take the hesi within the program at some point.
GIRL!!! I appreciate the video!! I called my school of choice and they said i can take the exam in January or February for Spring semester. I been preparing myself for this exam and some of the things that I know we will need to learn...Fundamentals of Nursing, Pharmacology, A&P, medical term, and the list goes on. Congrats on passing the exam!!
Congratulations 🎉 I started my LPN program in May. All I can tell you is stay focused, organized, and STUDY...STUDY....STUDY. Get a planner, calendar....something to keep track of assignments. FYI Dollar tree has single hole punchers and rings for flash cards. Good luck Chica.
Brittany Nicole It’s decent spring far, however with everything being online so far it harder. Tomorrow is my last day of Anatomy-Physiology finished medical terminology about a week or so ago. I finished medical terminology with a A and I’m maintaining a A in Anatomy-Physiology so I’m probably going to maintain that after the final tomorrow. We are in week three I believe in pharmacology, everybody in the class failed the first test so we are retaking it this week. I will say when I took the test I was distracted with work and I should’ve studied more. In a regular college course I would’ve gotten a C on the test, but since the grading curve is different in nursing school, that’s how that played out. I will say you cannot go into this lacking, no days off when it comes to studying. I have a make up test Wednesday and a regular exam on Thursday, I will keep you posted on how that goes.
@@hollywoodtinoco1159 I'm so glad that things are going great for you. You seem to be doing well & of course thats the goal right? Again if you have any advice please share ❤
