Watched the WHOLE thing and I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME recognise the so called “ATTITUDE “ that people are talking about! Being fluent in English will have people saying you’re rude🤞🏽🤞🏽😂
I like to see more young people being vocal and speaking their minds like Thando... People think being less vocal and shy is being respectful... She is not rude but her mom raised her to be able to say whatever comes to her mind and not feeling ashame about it
@@acidicsoul4978 nnah our "real African parents" were abusive and we accepted and normalized it in our black communities. This kid didn't say anything wrong or rude but was asking valid questions and sharing her opinions which is something we were never allowed to do
If there is someone who has experienced hate from women, it's Pearl Thusi - I think that's why she stood so firm for Chidimma. She knows the pain. Pearl has been bullied by SA women because of colourism her whole life & I will always support her because she's been very strong throghout the years.
Times have changed we need non timid children. It doesn’t help anyone being less articulate. Then theres a respect issue she knows exactly what her boundaries are. Teenagers will push boundaries but they know their limits. Like Pearl said she is doing her best we all are
Thando is being herself and at that age as a teenager, being normal. Let’s not be harsh , as parents we are trying to navigate this and still be 100% present regardless of the changes teenagers go through. She is a lovely girl. Her reaction to 21st key😀
I'm very sure if Thando was fluent in one of her parents languages, people wouldn't see her as rude... Mara le yena she must at least speak one SA language because this is not America or the UK.

E*, which part are you referring to? Just because maybe, you were taught to be submissive doesn't mean the contrary is equivalent to disrespect. I'm a male even if I was to have a child, I wouldn't mind him/her being vocal. It builds a distinct character. " Modesty doesn't take you far".
@thatolindokule5194 Hayi ngeke! Kanti what are people teaching kids who attend multiracial schools? Are n't they suppose to speak English esikolweni? Why English at home too? Umntwana will just be umZulu who is not make sure. I think home scholing is better or just send the kid to an African majority school and let her attend online English classes.
