It looks like a great vacuum but it might be more than I need and the price tag is outrageous. Thanks for the review and I think a smaller, less full feature model would be best for me.
Best Buy has the V11 Pro on sale now. It comes with a click in battery, 10 attachments and a free cleaning kit worth $60.00! I returned the V11 Outsize as it was too heavy and clumsy.
How do you clean it once you get notified it's too dirty to work & you have to clean it? I have one. But after using it on my very dirty house, i got notified "it's too dirty to use! Please clean it!" But it doesn't tell me how to clean it. I washed that filter thing on the end and have let it sit for, now 3 months. Cuz i couldnt figure what else needed to be cleaned. So it has been sitting and charging until i had time to look up how. And then the Coronavirus hit and I haven't had time to look up online how to clean it the rest of the way, husband is 1st responder UPS driver so life changed and how we do things has also and I haven't had a chance to figure out this cleaning of the vaccuum cleaner. So there it sits. Can you enlighten me how to clean the cleaner? Cyz I'd really like to use this machine that I got myself for xmas. Thank you from North Texas.
