  • Writer, producer, and director of the documentary, The Killing Season, Josh Zeman, joins Joseph Giacalone on True Crime with the Sarge. In this episode, we dive into who are Peaches and her daughter? Peaches was found in Hempstead Lake State Park, wrapped in a blanket and placed in a plastic container. In 2011, more remains were found in Jones Beach and that of a toddler, which DNA results proved that she was Peaches’s daughter. It’s been a long time, but who are they and why does it matter?
We also dive into the connections between the recent searches in Manorville, North Sea, and the Pine Barrens and the search warrant at the home of Rex Heuremann, Could there be a evidence that ties Rex to Valerie Mack and Jessica Taylor?

Remember, we’re trying to piece this all together from what has taken place with the searches out East and then the search warrant at Rex’s house shortly their after - we don’t know for sure and have no inside information. It’s a discussion based on observations and a likelihood of outcomes.

  • @Christina-344

Let's be honest, we would all be surprised if the Gilgo Four would be his only victims...

  • @DeedersW

True crime with Nathan Adams ties so much together. If even half of the info pans out, Rex will be found to be the most prolific serial killer in history.

Rex didn't work AT the Aquarium. He was the ARCHITECT FOR THE AQUARIUM and the Hyatt Hotel right nextdoor. He worked with Bisset on the Riverhead project.

  • @Sonny_Black

I could listen to these two talk for hours about this case. Appreciate you guys.

  • @samanthamaynard7805

Would love to see you guys brainstorming with a forensic psychologist

  • @kellypitts7032

Love all of his documentaries. The Killing Season was my favorite.

  • @user-uy6lg7hk2h

    I’m obsessed with the case

  • @wirralsquirrel713

Catching up on the replay in the UK. I watched The Killing Season when it first aired here on UK TV. It was heartbreaking how the victims & their families were treated by LE. I have been avidly following your updates on the developments of the LISK case since. True Crime by Nathan Adams on YT has done a lot of research into Rex’s family & past, plus other unsolved cases with a lot of dots that will possibly join up? It would be interesting for you to interview him too. Thank you for the update. I hope the victims & their families finally get justice, closure & peace ❤️🇬🇧

  • @marsy1480

This case is so very sad. These poor people were used and thrown away like rubbish. Heartbreaking

  • @KristinaZanfardino

what could have been left in manorville after more than 20 years and how did they know where to look?! that’s what really intrigued me.

  • @TreeseRunsOnBatteries

I was new to TH-cam a few months ago and am so happy to hav found your channel! You, Josh & Raul are the authorities in LISK as far as I’m concerned. Would love to see you 3 more regularly now that things are heating up. Love that you keep your chat based on facts and that you respectfully redirect unsubstantiated rumors- awesome.

  • @JaneJenss-xv5lh

Best duo ever. Please have Josh on more!!!

  • @MamaStyles

New Sub here and enjoying your channel. I like your no nonsense coverage… no silly flashy graphics or far too long intros to stroke egos. All I need is great guests and engaging topics and youve got that❤ As someone who has family who have worked some high profile murder cases up here in 🇨🇦..we were all having coffee this morning at the cottage when R.H and Asa came up in convo. Both family members cop instincts tell them Asa is much deeper in this case than they have let on. Personally I think she was either involved or didn’t care. The book apparently found on her kitchen table isn’t light reading…all food for thought and I hope more charges are coming

  • @bettymoncrief1956

I would be very interested to hear about his first wife's experience. What does she know? Etc

  • @lindamalcolm2743

    Brilliant show, thanks Joseph.

  • @mele1761

Great show, I've watched it twice. The "bookends" conversation was fascinating. Also, the question about Peaches and her baby's jewelry - did the murderer buy it for them and that's why it was left? So, many rabbit holes to explore.

  • @violettemuse

One day I’ll catch a live. The wealth of knowledge amongst you and your cohorts is amazing.

  • @cinnamongirl2566

If they’re able to tie him to Jessica Taylor, it’s very likely he’s also responsible for Valerie Mack due to the MO being so similar.
