I think Salah will be rested because Klopp did say he had a knock or something, plus he's played in every game of football this season already I think the most out of the front 3.
@@ahmedalkhalifa1595 yes but I'd rather have him play against city no matter what, his pressing and him helping out the midfield will be key against city so the other midfielders can protect that defense.

I've been dreading this match since the Group Stage draw. The first 50-60 minutes will be absolute misery for our defense, but if we can hold on, I dont think they can handle us in the last 30 minutes

I'd play Firmino for the 90 in this. Start Jota and give him 60 minutes and then bring Mane on for the last 30. I'd give Salah 60 and bring on Shaq. I'd also be bringing Keita on for some minutes as well if he's available, because that midfield 3 are going to have to get through some work tonight. For me, this would allow us to go with a Mane, Salah and Jota front 3 for Sunday. I also think, Tuesday to Sunday is more than enough time for rest between games.

I think it will end up with many goals 2-3 Liverpool, Atlanta is a team that score & concead goals.
They need game time get the job done then rest them don't want matip and others that are back from injury to go straight in against city

City is the game in my opinion, the city game could be one of the most important games this season.
I'm worried about that city game as Klopp's record at the Etihad is absolutely shocking
Liverpool were not at our best on the attack, but we were patient and disciplined in defense which was good to see in our win against West Ham. I think Klopp's substitutions were spot and changed the tempo of the game. I can see why the goal was disallowed, but consider that Mane was going for the ball and was pushed by a West Ham player causing the foul. Salah was clearly fouled, since the referees did not see the blatant, reckless and dangerous tackle on van Dijk, it was understandable Salah wanted to make sure the referees noticed the foul on him.
I think Liverpool FC will need to play with our high level of intensity and be alert in defense for this game. This is likely going to be a more open game. LFC will need to be precise with our passing and clinical in finishing our good scoring opportunities. The best way to defend against Atalanta will be to attack.
I think Liverpool has been good defensively but we can improve at preventing making silly mistakes. We need to continue our high level of pressing and win our challenges. I think Liverpool will win this game against Atalanta at Atleti Azzurri d'Italia scoring at least 3 goals.
If Matip cannot play 2 games a week, we will have to Play Matip against Atalanta and Phillips against City !
Prepare for zero creativity in the Midfield, hopefully we're solid defensively and can nick a counter-attack goal. Jota has to start
