I recently purchased an OEM 900 global Tough Reality ball. My PSO says it's just an Asian Harsh Reality. I can totally agree based on what I see in this review.
I used mine on a high friction surface and it’s stable without burning up. I’m looking forward to using it on a new surface with a bit more volume to see what it’s really designed to do.
Update: I set the surface with a CTD pad 1000 then 3000. Used it on a better surface with a medium volume house pattern with good success with a 3 open 804 series (3 game). Very smooth and predictable ball motion.

Best reviews… looking at this ball for sport stroker high speed low revs also looking at either Attention star or DNA coil. Would these fit me?
I think this one would probably fit the best, the Star and Coil are both cleaner balls that may not be enough traction for you.
@@LukeRosdahl thanks yeah star would be more for 3rd game on house and probably nationals at end of singles. I could’ve used the star at end of block for singles this year at nationals I got pretty deep.
Can you do a comparison between the scorpion low flare vs the venom shock? I see them making sort of similar shapes.
Yeah that's actually on the list, I just need to get my Shock drilled, and I was thinking the same thing.
Thoughts on this vs the dna coil
DNA coil is much cleaner and sharper and a handful of boards weaker, but the general reaction shapes are similar, they're both arcy and directional.
The Harsh Reality is, I'm first.
I was looking to get this ball or the Absolute Power. I still throw the OG Storm Lock and still love it and will continue to throw it but want to update my Asym ball. My 2 main balls are my Phaze ll and Zen gold label. Which would fit best in your opinion?
This one is quite a bit stronger and smoother than the Power, so it depends on what you're after.
