So will the Madagascar palm grow a new head if you prune off the frozen part?

Just did now new rot started and I have to cut another 2 inches off... How can I stop this? Can I water while he is healing?

Hello, should you wait for the wound to dry before you water it again? (Important question) thank you!

Cyxaii Albano hi! You can wait a little bit for the wound to heal, but it shouldn't interfere with it's watering schedule. It would be different if you were propagating it.

I’m alarmed with the color of the wound of my pachy because it turned dark. Is that normal?

Cyxaii Albano yes, that's normal. It may also look like it's cracking a little.
