The only problem I have is that Peppina has rookie animation in her animations. I can say that because I'm a rookie artist myself. When you're improving its hard to tell what's done by a rookie and what's done by someone with experience. The best example I have to give is in Peppinos Mach charge and Peppinas Mach charge. If you're the artist of Peppina and just so happen to find this comment, I just want to say you've done a great job and I hope future versions of Peppina are more energetic like Peppino (unless she's not meant to be as cartoony in which ignore all I said and instead try to experiment with expressions and see which ones are better)
