You guys are definitely on a roll with these travel vlogs ,if you’ve got that travel bug keep going ,do it while you’re still young and carefree ,always enjoy watching you both.
Your channel is so underrated! As a European who dreams of travelling to the US and seeing its gorgeous fall foliage, your videos allow me to experience it vicariously. Thank you!
Thanks so much for the sweet words 🧡 We want to visit Europe for fall sometime hopefully in the near future! We’ve never been! You’ll have to visit the USA for fall! It’s totally worth it!
Rain in Western Washington is a just part of nature. I used to do a lot of car camping up until about 10 years ago (i'm 52 now), but honestly, I liked it when it rained...just a little more cozy. sure it is different when you are just driving out of town for an hour than whatever y'all had to go through to get here (money, time, planning etc.) Rain can really put a damper on people's spirit. But I'm about 1/3 through the video and just am so impressed with your energy. When it rains, pivot. I also enjoyed your Pike Place Market and Tacoma section. I live 12 minutes away from Pikes Place, but only go there maybe once every 5 years, but it is cool to see all the vendors and I also get a kick out of the fish guys. I used to stop there more frequently to buy flowers for whoever but I'm an old hermit now.
Thanks so much for watching & for the thoughtful response! The rain is peaceful for sure! We would have enjoyed it more if weren't so cold & didn't help we were slightly under packed and prepared for the cold. Those fall colors were still stunning! We definitely would like to come back and give Seattle/Tacoma area more focus. Every time we've come we've only spent less than a day in the area. Pikes Place is so iconic we definitely had to see it during a lively time! Thanks again for watching! 🧡
I am from the area, so cute to see people say stayed in Tacoma. Tacoma is usually not a destination city. You made the most of your trip with the weather. The rain can be a bummer but nice to see you still enjoyed your trip.
Little late giving a comment for this video but happy that more people see Mt Rainier at different times of the year to see how different it can be. I live nearby so the Mt Rainier area is one of my hiking spots. You mentioned about trying to see Fremont lookout, just as a heads up, the road to Sunrise usually doesn't open up until around late June/early July and closes late September/early October. Also this year they started timed entrances to the park so keep that in mind as well. Similar to Paradise, many trails intersect with each other so you could easily connect a couple trails together if you think your legs and lungs can handle it.
Thanks so much for watching & for the comment! 🧡 They actually had been doing a lot of road construction while we were there too so Fremont Lookout was off the itinerary unfortunately. But you are correct! Paradise started shutting things down while we were there & the rangers were saying a lot of the park was getting ready to shutdown for October. We were a little early the first time we visited Mt Rainier and a little late this time! Hopefully we can get it right one day!
Ah you've got to make the trip! We haven't been able to fully enjoy Rainier yet, but seeing it was so cool! We hope to one day hike up that way! Thank you for watching!!
Avid coffee drinker and Washingtonian here! White coffee is where the beans are baked instead of being roasted, giving a more light and nutty flavor plus double the caffeine per shot. 😊 Also I live in Tacoma, so fun seeing people share this fun city!
We were here the 2nd week of October. It may be best to go the 1st week as a lot of things were starting to shutdown at the National Parks while we were there.
Thanks for support USA from Ukrainians ❤️
Thanks so much! Thanks for watching! 🧡

Super awesome to see a part of (almost) home 🧡. I have been up here for 5 years and still haven’t made it up to Rainer.
