You must try this Vegetarian version of Mapo Tofu

This was a video I filmed back in November of 2021. This was the first recipe I filmed. I've been wanting to film and create a channel back then. This never got uploaded as I didn't like how I filmed this one.
It's really a struggle filming by yourself while cooking but it's fun, and I'm learning each time.
