Sir, I have a DOUBT , the RPO companies like DISCOMS at one side buy power from any companies and to fulfill their RPO's obligation they need to buy REC by trading . They need to pay twice for same power ,or the price equivalent to REC get deducted from earlier bill ???
They only have to purchase REC or RE Power to offset Brown (Thermal) power
