Can I just say that your voice is so calming, and your video is so informative 👌 I'm struggling to make fans and you made it look so easy. I haven't made a fan the way you did in the video. It looks so easy
OMG watching your videos made me wanna do this. I ordered lash kit and I’m going to learn from you. Thank you thank you thank you soooo much for a detailed video like this😊.
I must really say. This video is a well detailed video and I learnt a lot from it. Thank you so much for this. You just gained a new subscriber that is so glued to all your videos 🥰🥰
You've done really nice job👍 I haven't started my course yet, but I'm excited for that. I've subscribed to your channel as I've found it really helpful❤
I'm glad I clicked on this video, cause we have the same fanning technique :)) I am also a beginner lash tech and I will be doing a volume full set on a client for the first time next week, and I am freaking out a bit since my lash orientation with a live model did not go that perfect for me. My hands were too shaky when doing the lashes. Any advice? Thank you in advance!
This is a great video- thank you! Did you only do 75% coverage for video purposes? or is that the standard? I was trained to only do 70% coverage, but I feel like it's almost cheating the client of money when they're paying for a full set. Perhaps there is more to it that I am not understanding..? Thanks, again!
Really loved to watch this video. I was wondering if you would do a turtorial on how to place the length. How do I know when I have to switch lenght on the eyes?
Hey Emmie, It's sort of like make up--where it's a mix of personal preference from the client and an art of balancing out their eyes. This is typically how we determine how to style the eyes with eyelash extensions. For example, if a client has close set eyes, we typically want to elongate the distance of the eyes by adding length to the outer corners. I hope this makes sense!
i love this tutorial it’s so detailed and the results are gorgeous, i do have a question though, when clients masks get taped down how would they breath through the process?
Your video is so detailed 🥹 thank you! a few questions . Do you glue on top or bottom and what is the difference between both ? Also Is it normal for for me to tell the difference between her lashes & the extensions (hers are more straight / extensions more curly)? Like is it something the client will notice and be upset about ? Or it’s normal ? Sorry I’m new to all of this 😭
Hey Victoria, we both don't use the pinching method regularly :( Because we find the lonely fan method way easier for us. But I think it is a personal preference thing
Note taken!!! Thanks for your request :) Deep set eyes are always difficult but def use a curved isolation tweezer and use the forehead as wrist support. This is our video for preventing eyes from opening: th-cam.com/video/VUwqe8Zf-Fw/w-d-xo.html Hope it helps xx
Looks Great! Question, I noticed some of her lashes are straight and the extension is more curled after you completed the eye. Any recommendations to blend it better?
Hey Paula. That's very typical for asian lashes :( those pesky straight lashes. But it's totally not noticeable to a regular person/when it's not up close.
I agree with @Cathy & Ginny. I am Chinese and every time I get eyelash extension there is a huge gap between the real and the fake lashes... There is a Japanese technique known as UpwardLash, in which the lash artist first tape-up the upper lash to the upper eyelid then put a body warmer pad over the tape to fix (with heat) the lashes in their upward direction. This process takes up to 30 minutes right before putting on the eyelash extensions. I tried it once in Shanghai (done by a tech who was certified in UpwardLash)and the result was great and lasted for about 2/3 weeks before I started to see a gap between my real and fake lashes.
ARE YOU CREATING THE FANS WITH A SINGLE HAND?!?! You are a GOD!!!!! Omg!!!!!!!!!
😅😅😅😅
I’ve fallen asleep and snored while my lash lady has been doing mine. Love her!
Haha!! that's the best kind of nap
Omg I’m always so embarrassed when that happens

Hey Lisset! Yes -- only for this video purpose. I usually do 100% coverage (other than the baby hairs) + dependent on client request

Hiii. I am really interested is starting this as a side business, do you have to be certified to this? Btw thank you on all the details.
Hey Lola! Yes you do need to be certified. But it also depends on where you live. Some states or provinces are a lot more lax than others.
Thank you! I would love to see a tutorial for the isolation of deep set eyes, and how to prevent the eyes from opening ❤️
Note taken!!! Thanks for your request :) Deep set eyes are always difficult but def use a curved isolation tweezer and use the forehead as wrist support.

I've gotten my eyelashes done 1 time never went threw this process... I quess everyone's different im currently gonna start doing this....
Everyone's different-- but make sure you go to a reputable lash tech!
Hi quick question! Do you place the volume fan on top of the natural lash or under
I usually do the top! But sometimes I’ll do the bottom if the natural lash is too curled 😄 hope it helps
