I saw them on this tour at L'Amour in Brooklyn. This audio is doing this band an unbelievable injustice. The bass sound at these shows was thunderous - like chest pounding. It physically moved you. The best bass sound I ever heard in a club
Great bunch of guys, I was in a band called Lightning Strike and we shared a rehearsal space with them in 1988. Hiro, the drummer, one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
yes yes, very rare, hard to find- definitely a band I would have loved to see LIVE any footage is better, than no footage their 2 LPs still get played a lot in my home
Hahaha I just saw this was like a 10-year-old post oh wellIt was very similar to the singing style of Mandy lion if you don't know who that is look them up you don't know what I'm talking about
SO MUCH ACTIVITY on this one video from this show of E-Z-O, that I had uploaded... hmmmm do you all think it's about time I maybe add a few more videos from this concert? Your Decision Gang?!
Holy Shit, I thought I was the only one who knew of this band. That, and this is the first time I've seen live footage. Wish the audio/video was better but I'm thrilled to see any footage of them and they sound great. Back then it was hard to get a good video in a dark venue with a VHS camcorder. Must have been a fun-ass concert.
Do I feel the ground shake the hand of Fate? Will I hear the sound before it's much too late? Bark fire, dark fire She'll burn your heart - spitfire! Strike one, Strike two She's hard to ignore Strike three, it's me She's breaking down the door Chorus Destroyer On leather wings Destroyer My madness brings You can't escape no matter what you try to do You will not believe but this I'm telling you Black fire, hot wire Tears me apart - spitfire! White light, white heat And darkness comes Just try and you'll die Before you see the dawn
the 80s were my time, i was going to a concert a week back then, it was great to see bands before they were famous, i saw metallica kill em all tour in 1983 with a hundred people there, that was great, i saw hanoi rocks in 1984, saxon denim and leather tour in 1982, i saw iron maiden open for judas priest in 1982, saw marilyn manson open for nine inch nails in 1994, saw alice in chains in 1991, megadeth in 1987, accept balls to the wall tour in 1984, i guess i will stop, its a very long list...
well, I am glad you made it back to Japan and didn't catch fire yourself!! This Is A Great Band for sure, here is another video I uploaded from this show th-cam.com/video/S5gbLHg-pzU/w-d-xo.html
my first show was kiss in 1977, i was a huge kiss fan. after seeing ozzy with rhoad's in 1981, i saw the diary of a madman tour ten days after rhoad's died with bernie torme on guitar in april 1982, torme only played 7 shows with ozzy, i saw that show twice in the same week, ufo opened up. i saw mostly metal shows, but i did see some softer shows like, boston in 1978, saw styx in 1979, genesis in 1978, cheap trick in 1980 and 1981, nazareth in 1981, whitesnake in 1980, journey in 81, kinks 1981
Michael Robinson I think mbracerh was referring to Live footage.there was some good footage of them from the Metal Head VHS tape from 1989/90& Yeah the 87 EZO Album was & still is Awesome!
It's too bad that the music videos for Ezo are blocked for US viewers here on TH-cam because of the stupid claim from Victor Entertainment but this is a good live ^^
The first concert I went was Bay City Rollers back in 1976 ^_^,then started listening to something harder & heavier. The first hard rock concert I went was Ozzy with Brad Gillis.Pity Randy could not come to Japan with Ozzy.
your from japan? cool, i also loved loudness since high school in the 80s, my friend and i were the only ones that heard of them, i saw loudness first american tour at a small club in 1985, and i saw the hurricane eyes tour in 1987. i liked bow wow too, i have the asian volcano and warning from stardust albums, they never came around for me to see them, i have a earthshaker album also, i saw almost everyone in the 80s, saw ozzy with randy rhoad's in 1981, i saw van halen 8 times, first in 1981..
FOR ALL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE OF E-Z-O, I HAD JUST UPLOADED "BACK TO ZERO / LIVE IN 1989" AT THIS LINK ---> th-cam.com/video/jKWHTjahl8w/w-d-xo.html
yeah good stuff, i saw deep purple perfect strangers tour in 1985, they sounded great, i also saw rainbow, scorpions, and riot in 1982, the three band concerts were the best. i saw black sabbath heaven and hell tour in 1980, the band with dio sounded great, sammy hagar opened up, who also had a great solo career, my brother is a school teacher and went to japan for two months and loved it, have you ever been to the states? i have lived in south florida for 15 years, but grew up in rhode island.
Holly shit, I saw them on this tour at Studio 1 in NJ. Goofy dudes, but they played really well, especially considering all the tech glitches they had to deal with. The sound even died during the guitar solo.
Many guys want this band will back. Without Masaki(vo ) and Shoyo(G) lives in Japan. Now Masaki is bassist in his band firesign, but It's not good sound.
well from what torme said, he wasn't really into it, he had his own band in england called bernie torme and the electric gypsies, i had an 7" import single of his band, it was nice to see torme twice, he even looked like rhoads, i saw ozzy, motley crue, and waysted in 1984, another great show with jake e lee, and i saw ozzy four more times with zakk wylde on guitar...
Randy was a very talent guitar player on both technique and emotion, and Torme was with only passion(to me) but I once heard of the bootleg done by Torme with Ozzy,he really fit the band.He also a very good looking guy and only Brit except both Bob and Lee,so I thought having Torme was a nice idea as he is Brit. Torme was with Gillan on both "Glory Road" and "Future Shock" were mega.
EZOは今でも大好きで聴いてますがLiveは初めて見ました。ありがとうございます。
you are very welcome.... I still love listening to E-Z-O - here is another LIVE Video I had uploaded
th-cam.com/video/S5gbLHg-pzU/w-d-xo.html
もっとrespectされても良いバンドだよ😢唯一無二のバンド👍
I saw them on this tour at L'Amour in Brooklyn. This audio is doing this band an unbelievable injustice. The bass sound at these shows was thunderous - like chest pounding. It physically moved you. The best bass sound I ever heard in a club
I would have loved to see this band LIVE, never had that chance to-
I could ONLY Imagine how awesome the sound was in that club for this band!
Great bunch of guys, I was in a band called Lightning Strike and we shared a rehearsal space with them in 1988. Hiro, the drummer, one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
This band was great...
本間さんのドラムはアメリカ人に負けてないね!
ほんまや〜!
This song is so F*&^ing good its ridiculous. This band should have been huge....

THE only and the best of all. Can‘t beat this.
26 years........time flies so quick.Hope you are still EZO-ing like I am.Greeting from Japan!
Masaki's voice was one and only.
Hahaha I just saw this was like a 10-year-old post oh wellIt was very similar to the singing style of Mandy lion if you don't know who that is look them up you don't know what I'm talking about
Saw this at the METRO in Chicago & LOVED IT!
I saw these guys open for Guns N Roses at the LOST HORIZON in Syracuse, NY...1989, maybe, I am 74 now hard to remember.
SO MUCH ACTIVITY on this one video from this show of E-Z-O, that I had uploaded... hmmmm do you all think it's about time I maybe add a few more videos from this concert?

One of my favorite bands....they kicked ass.
Excellent
Bought this on vinyl as soon as it came out in 80s

I will try to get Night Crawler added either from this show or the other I have.
E-Z-O are kickass
Do I feel the ground shake the hand of Fate?
Will I hear the sound before it's much too late?
Bark fire, dark fire
She'll burn your heart - spitfire!
Strike one, Strike two
She's hard to ignore
Strike three, it's me
She's breaking down the door
Chorus
Destroyer
On leather wings
Destroyer
My madness brings
You can't escape no matter what you try to do
You will not believe but this I'm telling you
Black fire, hot wire
Tears me apart - spitfire!
White light, white heat
And darkness comes
Just try and you'll die
Before you see the dawn

All right. You look beautiful OK, this one from our first album also. B side one. Destroyer!
Lamours Brooklyn, they killed it.
当時、EZOは日本では「ヘビメタ忍者」と紹介されてました。PVがあからさまに
忍者を意識してましたから。
Things go better with coke.. like beer and EZO 🤘
I have original reflective red on chrome bumper sticker from this tour. Fuck yes bruh
my first show was kiss in 1977, i was a huge kiss fan. after seeing ozzy with rhoad's in 1981, i saw the diary of a madman tour ten days after rhoad's died with bernie torme on guitar in april 1982, torme only played 7 shows with ozzy, i saw that show twice in the same week, ufo opened up. i saw mostly metal shows, but i did see some softer shows like, boston in 1978, saw styx in 1979, genesis in 1978, cheap trick in 1980 and 1981, nazareth in 1981, whitesnake in 1980, journey in 81, kinks 1981
what are you talking about? the first album is AMAZING
Michael Robinson I think mbracerh was referring to Live footage.there was some good footage of them from the Metal Head VHS tape from 1989/90& Yeah the 87 EZO Album was & still is Awesome!
One of my top 5 favorite rock albums of all time.
Them and loudness. Was. Like that whole unleashed in the east thing. And if any doesn't know. Gene Simmons produced them. On this record
It's too bad that the music videos for Ezo are blocked for US viewers here on TH-cam because of the stupid claim from Victor Entertainment but this is a good live ^^

EZO called Flatbacker in Hokkaido JAPAN.
Maybe we are of a generation.Except EZO,all bands you mentioned are still active.
Holly shit, I saw them on this tour at Studio 1 in NJ. Goofy dudes, but they played really well, especially considering all the tech glitches they had to deal with. The sound even died during the guitar solo.
We opened for them at studio one. In Newark NJ . I'm still in NJ. As a matter of fact. And club bene as well
Good band
Many guys want this band will back.

Torme was with Gillan on both "Glory Road" and "Future Shock" were mega.
looks like the LA showcase that got them signed (?)
This album is 2 years befroe Motley's Dr Feelgood
Never noticed that Crue lifted the drums wholesale from this classic!
Ozzy with Torme is rare.I hoped either Kevin Heybourne from Angel Witch or Torme could be Ozzy's guitar player after Randy's passing.
Had there cassette when it came out after hearing this song anyone know where I can get a CD cassette album doesn't matter which
Send Me an email to MichaelJL1968@gmail.com
I might have you covered.
Wish I could have seen you in the 80s. My friend in coi turned me on to you. I turned you on to a lot of my friends. Is Destroyer about Gene Simmons?
Crappy video, but I love this band and this song
Thanks for pointing that out, as soon as I heard Dr Feelgood, I said, Destroyer rip off! Had this album 2 years before.
BOOM, holy crap I never even noticed that but you're right!! lol! =)
where was this recorded?
Is it me or does anybody think the bass and drums opening sound like Dr feelgood
Don't mind if you like Motley,This song was released in 1987.Dr.feelgood was 1989.
this album was out before the Motley was out
dr fealgood
yupp, Motley must have heard this and said, hey let's snag that!!!
bad ass!
JUST UPLOADED TONIGHT - E-Z-O; Night Crawler LIVE ---> th-cam.com/video/S5gbLHg-pzU/w-d-xo.html
