She’s got that great jolly Filipino spirit. Remember the first time I went to the Philippines going in to a store and I when women walked in workers would say “good morning mom.” I thought dang, everyone in this country considers strangers family! Then I realized they were saying Ma’am… Pre-pandemic I was nomadic for ten years, spent months on Bohol and Camiguin and loved the area. Just have to find a good Filipina now.

Interesting how you phrased it (and I'm not trying to start any problems). I am a man of all people. But it makes sense then FilAms and People from India would be the most affluent based on family income in America because they live there and in Canada as they do at home. With more than one family per house. Like au ties and uncles and besides and nephews and brothers and sisters and moms and dads. So it would only make sense for them to be above average. I have both Filipino and Friends from India, and compared your average north american family who may have 3-5 members living in the home they usually have about 10-15. And that's just the culture

I can really identify with her! I moved back home to Costa Rica 25 years ago after growing up in California since the age of 8. Left a high paying Director of Technology job at a Casino Card Club and have never regretted it. Costa Rica is the perfect place to live in with world class medical dental, great weather year round and only 2.5 hours from Florida or 3.5 hours from Texas but a world away. The only thing missing now is a Filipina wife and I believe I would have the perfect lifestyle! I say this because I had Filipina girlfriends in California and they were simply awesome.

She is awesome great mom. I remember I saw my mom about once a week when I was a kid. Still feeling the affects of have little parental guidance. Great video tim.
I was watching this on Tv and ran to my PC just because I wanted to say what a beautiful natured woman she is. She reminds me so much of my wife Gracia from La Union. Always wanting to be the best host possible. She is right, quility of life is the most important.
I was 47 when i moved back to the Philippines to spend quality time with my mom who was then 79, besides my lower back was bugging me so a slow pace of life is awesome plus a maid is heaven.
I understand where she's coming from. That's why I told my wife to stay home so she can be home with the kids and I do all the work and boy did I worked. I worked all the overtime to support the family. Our lives turned out good and the kids were able to get their schooling and all graduated college and now doing good. America is not the same now though. Cost of living is sky high. That's why there are a lot of homeless in America now. Homeless everywhere. I'm finished with my job and ready to explore my homeland the Philippines.
Me too I've been living in California for 24 years and I feel like there is something missing. I think that is the freedom of living in an inexpensive country like the Philippines where you're able to survive without spending a lot of money... where you have less worries and won't go homeless at all as long as you have a place to stay..a piece of land and a house and have some livelihood.

Hey Tim, thanks for showing this place to us. It's in the center of the island away from all the beaches, so it looks like a nice, quiet, peaceful place to take a couple of days break from the beach. When I go to Bohol with my Filipina, we will definitely take a couple of nights there and meet them. Last time I was in Philippines was 2007, most in and around Surigao City and the surrounding remote islands. BEAUTIFUL country! WONDERFUL people. Would love to go back. PEACE to all of you and be well!
I was at a B&B once many moons ago. Was my first time and it was in a house. I was doing a lot of traveling and I just needed food and sleep. There was no Hotel or Motel for miles. I was pulled over for swerving the cop thought I was drinking. I told him I was dead tired and just need a place to eat and sleep. Not giving me a ticket he told me just a couple miles down the road there was a B&B and he will fallow me to make sure I am ok to drive there. I made it and it was a huge house. I walking inside the house and it was so beautiful in there. The house on the outside and inside looked like a 1930's. The girl that was setting me up with a room said Supper will be ready by 5 Pm I said I wont make it by then I hope to be sleeping. I went to my room and crashed. 11 PM I woke to the sounds of couples having the time of their life. Or should I say making little ones. I decided to go find a place for a coffee in hopes by then things would quiet down. I came down the stairs and the girl said oh you are up. I said well hard to sleep longer when you have people in love next to you. She then said let me warm you up the meal and would you like a coffee. I sat at the table and asked the girl a few questions. I told her she looks a little young to own a B&B and she told me it is her Mom's B&B she is just working there along with her 3 other sisters. I told her I understood. Then she said their Father left them and the house use to belong to their Grandmother . The Grandmother did the B&B untill she just couldn't do it anymore then her Mother took it over . Anyways the girl told me many of times she has wanted to just get away she was tired of that work but then before she does she meets someone interesting and that makes her want to stay to meet more interesting people.
Great video Mitilda B&B looks like a nice clean place to visit. She seems like a wonderful lady and the food looks delicious. Enjoy your morning in the Philippines 🇵🇭 🇺🇸
Very nice life story Tim..We live in Canada 🇨🇦 ..My wife is from Philippines🇵🇭 and I'm Nicaraguan 🇳🇮 ..and we still dream about going back home to live..There is no place like home 💙 😢 ..
Nice place to live. I’m from Camiguin the island province nearby and I too dreamt of coming home 3-4 years after my youngest is done in college. I left in 1987 but coming home every now and then. God bless. Watching from California.
Im on the same boat. I use to be a traveling PT, now working as a home PT, I bought properties in Siargao and Boracay for rental. She's absolutely right, you can buy anything here in the US, but there is something that is missing, and thats the family, relatives, grandmas and grandpas and friends. And of course ,the beautiful landscapes and the beaches that you can't find here in the US. Right now Im saving up more , and when the right time comes, will sell our house and buy more rental here in the US and then go home. Everything here in the US is crazy expensive now.
Don’t blame her. The burnout rate of nurses is astounding. 1/3 of the nurses in Kamloops quit last November. City I live in 1/4 of the nurses are quitting next month. They care about their patients so much but as a society we rarely show compassion to them.
Tim it's awesome to see you promote others like that. I'm still working in the states but also still planning a business over there so me and my fiancee and her girls can have a decent family life there way before retirement age
Thank you tim. Very good content. Maybe she is just one in a thousand. At a very young age she comes back home. Me i've work abroad for 37 years before i decided to stay home for good. Although 2 times z yr im home still coming back for good is very hard to do. I did but after 37 years. Life is short. When time permits, enjoy it the way you like it.
5 more yrs we will retire there as well. Yes there's no.place like 🏡 HOME. A paid up Condo and pick up truck we will be relaxing there and travel around the 🏝 islands. With the pandemic everything has change lifes perspectives.Live simply and have no stress and have fun! You can count your money 💰 but not your life!
inspiring . i’m in the crossroads of going back to the US or stay and start my business.. looks like i’m staying.. this vid gave me the push. no place like home💕 thank you for this video.

@@patrickmunneke8348 ....... but nobody wants to work on the weekends ......... most americans want to work 9 to 5,monday to friday ....... that's why nursing jobs isn't appealing to everyone ......

OUTSTANDING video, Tim!
Michelle and her husband seen like great people! Kudos and best wishes to them!
Great to see you and Chrissy and Dale having family time.
Last time I was in Philippines was 2007, most in and around Surigao City and the surrounding remote islands. BEAUTIFUL country! WONDERFUL people. Would love to go back.
PEACE to all of you and be well!
She has a valuable profession , which is in high demand, from many institutions, well done to her.
Very nice accommodations…I wish her much success.
Thank you for sharing this... Great to know that there is a cozy B & B near the Chocolate Hills. Can't wait to meet her.
Take care
we can't wait to host you!
What a great memory, thanks for sharing. Cheers from Vancouver 🇨🇦
That room is definitely nicer than the one I got when I visited Choc Hills in Bohol. When I go next time definitely I’ll hit up that place.
We can't wait to host you!
I am also an ofw in Saudi Arabia for almost 28 yrs Alhamdulillah I love KSA too much but, deep in my heart ❤️Philippines is my home land 😄💕

Nice video great b n b beautiful views nice atmosphere
Awesome Interview!!! I will keep that place in mind. Thanks
This! could not have said it better. I work in the ER and this is exactly what had happened; and happening now.
What a great story
Tim it's awesome to see you promote others like that. I'm still working in the states but also still planning a business over there so me and my fiancee and her girls can have a decent family life there way before retirement age
It’s is so beautiful in the Philippine I be back there soon
We’re going home in September and planning to go to Bohol, maybe, we’ll check her place
Nice video and good luck to her B & B business !
Thanks for your service. I’m a Filipino American and deployed to Iraq too.

Love this interview Tim. Motivational to make dreams come true in Philippines
Good interview, you let her talk!
She's very lovely!
I enjoyed watching your youtube channel. Bohol is a great place for bed and breakfast. Greetings from Montreal, Canada. My husband and I have been watching your video on our big TV screen, so I wasn't able to comment. Now that I am using the computer, got the chance to send this comment. Good luck to Crissy on her nursing studies, and kisses to Dale... Cheers!
wow,all I can say is, you are super rich sister ...... imagine, you're watching tim's vlog on your big tv screen, while I am watching it on my phone ...... you know sometimes life isn't fair ........ 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
She has the right idea. Spending time with the kids is the best. They’re only kids for such a short time in our lives. My children are in their 30’s and 40’s. My grandchildren are in their teens. I’m enjoying their childhoods. They have a grandpa around them as they grow up. Great memories for them and us.
