My gun you just move your finger slightly, and you get the reset click. Also, your right at the wall after reset, with no additional take up' It seems the P38 and P5 have different triggers than the P88.
Yeah it's mostly just wear on the barrel. Not sure as I mostly collect German though I have thought of getting a GB in the past because I find them mechanically interesting, I do plan to get a Steyr AUG and Scout and maybe an older SSG 69 eventually.
Yeah I'm very lucky it turned up on Gunbroker and the seller didn't ask stupid money for it. I was originally going to get an HK USP9 Stainless but someone beat me to it.

This is the only piece I have. I’ve had it for the last 20 years. I’ve tried all the other 9mm pistols and this is the only one that speaks to me.
