12:43 The confession under the circumstances mentioned in article 42 is relevant if it is otherwise not irrelevant.
Circumstances:
1- Promise of secrecy
2- Deception is practiced on the accused
3- The confession was made by a person when he was drunk
4- The confession was made in reply to the questions to which he was not bound to answer
5- Or because he was not warned that he was not bound to make such confession
