For sure you put that first resistor flipped to trigger us all hahaha great project though!
I always thought the resister will work in either direction, as well as some capacitors.
@@HannTheftAudio it does. But there are some assembly conventions. One being that resistors must be orientated in the same direction whenever the layout allows for it. Makes it easier to read the values when looking at an unknown board.
@@mercartax What I just got from that is that they all face the same direction for the sole purpose of making it easier to read the values.... when looking at an unknown board. So other than that it wouldn't matter which way it goes??? hmmm I can actually see making it easier to read the values, and it makes the board neat and tidy as well. But for those who can care less just slap it together. as for me I would end up just slapping it together and saying WGAF. Especially if im just gonna cram it all into a box anyway.
@@mercartax I used to get my boss in a tizzy when I "wasted time" setting up my VCD sequencers with all the resistors going in the same direction and STILL beat all of his old production records.

@@robert1330 Мне 26. И я тоже избегаю стрелочные. Хотя мне нравится как они тыкают. Поэтому в последний раз, когда мне были нужны часы, я купил именно стрелочные) они с душой.
В такой конструкции всегда смущает, а сколько времени это может работать. Центробежная сила , при таких оборотах может разорвать эту конструкцию на раз.
Не переживайте. Батарейка сядет раньше :)

@@yus_ag Hitung aja bang. Itu kan 4.7 v, ga tau berapa mah, mah nya ubah dulu ke ah. Ntar kalikan 4,7v. Misalkan dia 700mah = 0.7 ah x 4,7 = 3,29 wh.
Ntar bagikan konsumsi daya mikrokontroler nya. Kalo nano menurut speksnya kalo ga salah dia 19mA jadi 0.019x4.7 itu 0.09 watt. 3.29 / 0.09 = 36.5 jam.
Kasarnya kekgitu situ Bang. Cuma gatau dah benar atau salah. coba hitung aja bang. 😅

At the beginning I was thinking that the seconds arrow moves back just by mistake. But at the end it seems that it is not..... it still moves back to the past. As a matter of fact, I even looked at my watch to see if I was wrong about where the arrows are going......
According to thr video screen, clock is working as counter clock direction instead of clock direction. Good luck.
Cool idea no doubt, but that second hand turns backwards, (reverse polarity on the motor?)... and it's way out of balance. Plus, could be smaller... just sayin.
So to get it to run CLOCKWISE, shouldn't you swap the motor terminal polarity?
You do know that on Arab countries, they clicks which runs just like this. We don't see it cause have been influenced by the west.

На все светодиоды одинаковые резисторы? Стрелки не туда, да и вообще все криво? И как ардуинку распаял с другой стороны?у кого код свиснул? Вобщем понтанулся что смог сделать, но как то не очень:) ну и мотор от Урала поставить и в место "платы" каленвал какой нибудь:)
