Makes me wonder with how much chatter and aggressive cuts he did milling and with the lathe, just how many carbide tools do you go through? Turn the feed down or the rpms up. Finished product looks great but only because you cleverly hid the machining imperfections.
the milled surface will never be the same as the polished one. plus, I worked in several axes, it is not possible to create such a surface with a manual machine. it doesn't have a wide rpm range. only possible on a cnc machine. Also, I had to adjust the radius in many places with a file. the other problem is that I didn't have such fine sandpaper
Beautiful work! For high dollar stuff, you really want to focus on fit and finish. Ideally you should zero tool marks, but you have to work with what you've got!
I started my youtube channel earlier than him what are you talking about man🤣🤣 this is my logo since 18/03/2021 He started 12/06/2021 I made restoration videos then and I had no idea who you were talking about... but I appreciate the comment, it helps the algorithm to boost my video🤣
Never seen the hinge style for the lid nor the locking feature. Very impressive my guy!
@@seanfarley1758 Thank you!
Thats awesome! Great work! If only more self lighting lighters existed.
Beautifully crafted, and functional! Should last a lifetime and more, well done!!!!
A work of art!! Well done!
Odds are that’s the first ever wire edm’d lighter
Just to say THANK you. I will watch one more time! I have more as 3000 lighters in my collection. This one, will be missing.
That is freakin amazing.
Hello mister beautifully made good job well done
Thanks!
Damn dude, that thing looks amazing. Excellent job!
Amazing job, it truly stands up from all the "trench brass cartridge made lighters" everyone were making at one point.
Loved every second. Killer build bro.
That's a beautiful piece.
Great job, great asymmetrical design. Yet another right-handed lighter ^^
Absolutley fantastic piece. /Subbed,

Great! But, any oil leak?
Thanks! No, the parts fit perfectly, in the assembly video I didn't put o-rings everywhere to make it easy to assemble
@@Matthews_Tools thanks. I want this.
Which part is luxury?
Luxury is having all these machines

Это не ты сделал,а фрезерный станок,нечем хвастаться.
That's a manual machine, not CNC
I designed the whole thing from scratch my friend! it was very difficult to mill it with a manual machine
envy is bad...
