Having worked in hospitality for 26 years as a hotel manager, I am used to been around people & considered myself to be a strong person with few worries.
Unfortunately, following a majour life changing events in 2020 I began to battle with:
Severe Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, ADHD, Life Impacting Medical Issues, Feelings of Worthlessness & Heartace.
Sadly, I had allowed anger & resentment to worsen my mood. I was been taken into dark places & this is my way fighting back.
I have been receiving professional medical help & am trying to give some self care and take back some control.
I Live In Beautiful Unspoiled Teesdale In County Durham England & Started Wellness & Positovity Walks, Photography Drone Flying & Crafting As Well As Video Editing.
I Decided To Share Some Of My Activities Here In The Hope That It Encourages Others Who Are Struggling To Know They Are Not Alone & To Be Brave Enough To Speak About There Feelings.
