  • Hey there! Get ready to join me on an exciting woodworking adventure as we transform a set of three end grain cutting boards with custom "cuts" inlays, with the help of our trusty Onefinity Elite CNC.
This video was made in partnership with Titebond. Thank you again for sponsoring us!
In this video, I'm taking you along every step of the inlay journey - from initial cuts to the gluing process, and all the way to the finishing touches. Together, we'll dive into my workflow, and I won't shy away from sharing how I tackle those unexpected hiccups that come our way. This isn't just about the successes; I'll be revealing my mistakes too, because let's face it, we all learn and grow through those.

Overall, the Elk board is my favorite. I agree, if you get a starker contrast on the antlers on future inlays, they will pop right off the board. But the handles on the cow are nice - makes it look like a massive book.

As for my offsets they are irrelevant to your machine and bit. I have different offsets with the same bit on 2 different machines. For speed it’s machine dependent, I run full pass so .3 single pass so I go pretty slow around 30, I would slow it until you no longer get skipping/chatter.
