    Does the direction of force matters or we just need to observe the directions in which the bar is restricted?

      Sir, The fact that angle BAD is 45 degree is already given in the figure. Now, BC and AD are parallel and AB cuts through the two parallel lines.Therefore, angle BAD =angle ABC (transverse angle). Therefore since BAD=45 so ABC also 45.
      Now within ABC , angle FBA is given 30 degree. Therefore the remaining angle ,that is, angle FBC is (45-30)= 15 degree.
