I ate my first home-cooked meals with side dishes.
I also made fried tofu rice balls and went on a picnic with my friend!
I was so distracted that I couldn't really enjoy it.

일부 댓글에 아이들을 펫샵에서 분양받았다는 의견이 있어 정확한 사실을 알려 드리고자 합니다.
먼저, 최근 데려온 칸초는 언니의 지인분이 키우다가 더 이상 키울 수 없는 상황(보호자의 알레르기로 인한 피부염)이 되었고
이 소식을 들은 언니는 그냥 지나칠 수 없어 많은 고민 끝에 입양해 온 것입니다.
칸초를 언니가 직접 펫샵에서 분양해왔다는 오해는 없으시길 바랍니다.
작년 여름쯤 데려온 구름이는 언니가 펫샵에서 분양받은 사실이 맞으며, 저는 구름이가 본가에 온 이후 알게 되었고 분양 과정에서도 개입한 사실이 없습니다.
당시 언니는 펫샵 분양에 대한 문제점에 대해 무지했고, 이후 저와 언니는 반려동물에 대한 인식을 바로 잡고, 올바른 방식과 방향에 대해 꾸준히 관심을 갖고 공부해나가고 있습니다.
칸초와 구름이 모두 저희 친언니가 본가에서 보호하고 있으며, 저는 현재 본가에서 독립해 생활하기 때문에 아이들과 함께 지내고 있지 않습니다.
최근 영상에 아이들이 등장하지 않은 점에 대해 오해 없으시도록 자세히 말씀드립니다.
두 반려견 모두 소중한 가족이고 사랑으로 잘 키우고 있습니다.
구름이랑 칸초 끝까지 책임을 다해 평생 함께 할 것입니다.

Just a few tips for making bread next time:
1) The water you used was probably too hot. It should be 38c, which basically means you can put your finger in it and it will feel warm but not uncomfortably warm or hot.
2) Don't stick the plastic directly on the dough, it will stop it from growing. Just cover the bowl with a damp towel.
3) After you put it in the mold or container for baking, let it rise a final time don't bake it completely. Usually bread with the amount of yeast you used would only need 2 rises. First time right after you mix for around an hour, and the second after you put it in the container to bake for 15-30 minutes.

hi!! whenever you make bread like that, make sure the water you use in the beginning is not too hot as it can kill the yeast! use lukewarm water and allow the yeast to bloom in the warm water for ~10 minutes. you’ll know it’s ready when you see it begin to form bubbles!

The dry eye issue has become a problem (been dealing with it for the last 6 months) with my eye doctor. It’s from computer use, iPhone, etc. aka Covid working from home. Anyways, under doc care use wetting drops, buy a “good pair” of blue light glasses & used a warm compress on your eyes once a day & use ointment on your eyes before bed. My eyes have really improved get checked every 3 months until it’s gone.

When making a bread, the kneading process is the most important. The dough itself need to be kneaded properly and take a lot of times. that might be a reason why you bread isnt rising.
Also don’t use extra hot water. Use a nice warm water. The yeast will not activate if you use a very hot water.
