@Mang20023 after main sleep I just press review later. It's only for me to make content until after my nap has finished tracking.
@Mang20023 the timing for nap depends on a lot of factors.
If you want optimal healing you can delay the syncing until you actually need the energy.
I guess I could do 1.5 hour nap at lunch time, then hit review later (or not depending on my mood 😂), then full sleep at night.
