    this is such a classy car, im from uk and recently bought myself a lexus LS and for americans its probably a regular joe car but here its a really classy cool car to own and since then ive been down a rabbit hole i didnt even expect that lexus ls was sold in japan under the toyota badge but honestly you have such a fine example right here

      Very nice! I also have a burgundy 1990 LS400 only sold for the North American market. Only a few hundred made. It’s on my TikTok (lsnium)

      Its a Toll road card thing, not used in the US but only for Japan.

    I’m not a fan of newfangled cars with smart things because not only do the manufacturers don’t support right to repair, but because they gauge all the prices, force you to go to the dealer, implement closed source “serialisation” into systems (which basically means you may not repair your vehicle with parts that lack a preset code to interact with the main system). I feel it’s an active surrender to the erosion of consumer rights to purchase them, so when I’m an adult I’ll have to figure out what would look “really nice” despite being vintage. Idk if a delorean is out of the question.

      Delorean is not a reliable car, parts are not readily available or made for it, it’s all stainless steel body panels, uncomfortable, and it’s nowhere near fast.
