- work culture in Japan is notorious for Rigidity, slow decision making and Hierarchy. This video is all about what I heard from my seniors and what we studied in our university classes about Hierarchy in Japan. I have heard that situation is changing because of globalisation but the change is super slow.
Japan is beautiful country in general and every country has good and bad things, so take this video with a pinch of salt too.

For Indians who are seeking to move abroad, go to the USA (most preferred) or Australia/ Germany (less money). Ignore the rest of the countries. USA is a bit bad in terms of job safety as it is extremely company friendly nation, but it keeps you on the edge when young (which is very required to grow in life). TLDR; if you want money, go to the USA. It has very less baggage and things move fast.
what about Europe?
Is it same in the Software/IT field too? I am kind of interviewing for a Japenese company and I will have to move to Japan, so is it like we cant switch easily if we are not liking the culture of that company.

I guess things are simple and easy for foreigners. Plus as I mentioned in the description take these things with a pinch of salt because due to globalisation things are changing.
Please don't come to Japan. We don't want any violence and hate here. India has a fresh history of genocide in the name of religion, race, color, creed and what not.

No. We Japanese don't want you. Your behaviour is not Asian. In south Asia only Nepal and Bhutan are the true Asians. Its the behaviour not color. Learn something from Nepal and Bhutan.
