@@spankythepug3942 I’m in my fifties. They do call it a package store in Penns. Everywhere else I’ve been it’s just called the liquor store. It’s a cute quirk you Bostonians got up there. Makes me want to know what other things are called as a quirk.

Stay safe out in blizzard conditions. My Mom and I was caught in a blizzard in the 1970's it is a very dangerous situation to be in. It's like being in a totally different world. You don't know which side of the road your driving on, you can't see anything and that day Everytime we meant someone they was coming head on towards us including coal trucks because, they like we were they don't know where they are at. We ended up stuck twice that day because, Mom drove into drifted snow not her fault she just couldn't see what we were headed into. And, when we were stuck we almost got hit several times because, people couldn't see us till they were right headed for us.It is a dangerous situation to be in. And, travel no roads with sharp curves or steep drop offs because, you will totally never see them coming till it's too late. I was 7th grade at the time but, I still remember that day like it was just yesterday.
Hi Reed Timmer . Mass New Hampshire Vermont have been Seeing Tornado activity more often than ever befor in april through sep than usual. Many of them not spoted. a friend was on his motorcycle last august in rutland vermont area . he was riding on a back dirt road and suddenly stopped wile he noticed shinggles livting up on a roof of a barn house. he said he saw the clouds moving fast. he said it was very warm and muggy but then felt cold air moving under by his legs . a minute later he did not understand what what happening when he had to grab tight on to his handle bars as his body started to lift off his bike. looking up the clouds were moving a a very fast rate. that was it and i figured it must have been tornatic circulation. this was never reported nore was thier any weather reports on a thunderstorm or even Rain. it was to be partly cloudy that day. Off topic but thought you might like to know we have more isolated tornados not reported. F Zero's on the fijita scale of course. Stay Safe

Place to be would be High Pole Hill/ Provence Town. Could be a beast ! Heavy winds, heavy snow, heavy surf, thunder and lightning ? Bring a good amount of supplies . Hang out for a couple of days.
I'm in Northeast Pennsylvania and we are used to having a good deal of snow,🌨️❄️ so that's not the problem. The real PROBLEM is the wind 🌬️🥶if we lose power, so that's what has to be watched. Be safe out there.

Wicked snow stahm in Bahston,….a place where you can guess predicted accumulations by the amount of beer being carried out from the packy.
It’s obvious that packy means store but how did you guys come up with that word?

Can't wait to see you cover this!
Interested to see the 00z models
California had a soaking December, but January has been bone dry. This winter out west has been feast and famine.

Bombs away. My plow hasnt stopped pushing snow since January 5th.
A very big blizzard is possible with the right track of the storm.
Sure wish I understood all of this weather lingo so I could actually know what to expect this weekend.
I wasn't sure of most of those official meteorological terms either, but figured a lot of it through the context of the maps and stuff.
Hopefully it doesn’t impact the south. We’re ready for winter to end. We’ve had a brutal January. Had a freeze every night of the month.
This one looks like just a southern New England maybe wrap around in eastern NC now. Even misses Long Island. We will see! More updates tomorrow AM
I hope we don’t get another bomb cyclone! The one we had in October was bad enough
Talk about Oklahoma!
Always half as bad and half as much snow as predicted.
