well for me it's ok because Bamee is in legal age to date whoever he want so I'm ok with this ending, I just hope the entourage will not try to end their love, I would be mad at it. but it's true that when Kiew try to kiss Bamee in his 40 years old version I had the same reaction than you Tita, I was surprise, but then I thought wait ... Bamee is in legal age ok go for it !!! 🤣 I'm happy with that ending because it's not what we used to see in bl serie much so... It feel the same as the serie Step by step :)
Also... this is Thailand. Inter-generational relationships aren't as much of an issue. I'm in Isan. My Thai boyfriend is much younger. Folks just congratulate us. "He's coming to me" with Singto/Ohm is inter-generational as well.
Hi Tita ❤ I'm one of the few, but I really fell in love with the ending. Not because of the obligatory happy ending to please the fans, but because of the great love that Kiew had. He lived a lot for many years, but nothing erased the love he felt. And knowing that he had to think of a thousand ways to live that love again. So he must have thought about moving far away to another country so he wouldn't be close to his friends and his children while they were growing up so it wouldn't get weird and their lives would go on almost the same as before. He wasn't in his friends' lives in the other reality, so him saving his mother and his friend was already too much change, he must not have wanted to risk it and decided to only be present on the date after the previous one he had left to have a chance to Bamme remember him. What I would say odd about the ending wasn't age or being friends with the father. It was more the rush to end up getting together, but it's not their fault, they don't have time to create something more beautiful and realistic, like getting to know each other again, knowing how the other's new lives were in this new reality and if what they feel is still the same big enough to face the new obstacles that such a relationship would cause. So, in general, I am not surprised by so many criticisms, but you have to think very deeply to understand this love, and many just want something simple to understand, not to analyze, just as many did not have the patience for Triage, Dear Doctor, which are works of art but Needs a lot of depth to appreciate more.
Yep. Totally agree. I do think it needed 2 more episodes. It definitely felt rushed. One to introduce Kiew and Bamee to each other... again... and again. Looking at this from a cosmic distance it makes perfect sense. Kiew would never forget his first true love. I, and millions of others, can vouch for that. The passage of time is merely an inconvenience. Inter-generational relationships aren't as much of an issue here in Isan in Thailand.
I met someone I hadn't seen in over 20 years. He'd gained a lot of weight and I didn't recognize him at all; but, after an hour chat I knew exactly why I had fallen in love with him at first sight when we were 14/13. I told him that he was my very first love. He knew. Meant the world to me.

I loved "He's Coming to Me"! Wonderfully layered with multiple mysteries and intrigue. That both mother and son are attracted to Mes makes perfect sense in a positive way. It's as if there's an external force... let's call it Love... that is patient and willing to wait a generation. Same here. Kiew doesn't forget Bamee... couldn't. He never would. Neither would I. Age difference is less of an issue here in Thailand.

I don't know if my VIP access expired at GOL as a "blessing" in disguise I was hoping that the old Kiew got married and had a Jr, who is also the young Kiew and like what you have said that everything was in the past and they both need to move forward and Bamee will start as a new relationship with the young Kiew. Oh well, on with the next series.

i'm so mad with this ending. i dont even care about the age gap but just how everything went down. They are both completely different people, Kiew had a whole life, and Bamee grew up with his dad, it's a shock that so many things stayed the same. i have so many questions. why did kiew see Bamee in his dream in the first episode? how did Bamee remember Kiew in the end? and like, Kiew chose to leave Bamee to go back to the past, you're telling me this man didn't meet anyone else in those 20 years? if he loved Bamee that much he shouldn't have left in the first place
It needed a couple more episodes for sure. However, I've never forgotten my first true love and few ever do. 20 years is a very short time compared to 200 years or 2000 years. The result would be the same. But it would take extra episodes to work out the details.
I think end should be like kiaew died and he already told his love story to his son. now his son try to find that person and take that as a mission. Story End And then we can get a new story building between kiaew's son and bamee which can shown in second season

Ok so first they are friends not family. Why is there always a issue about age, over here in the states a person over 18 is already considered adult even to get married but not to buy alcohol you have to be over 21 to buy alcohol. I know for Asian cultures is different that's why us as international fan we don't see it that bad. Know if he's under age like 17 and down then yes is not good. I really don't remember Bamee age 🤔❤
I'm in Thailand with a much younger boyfriend. Age and same-sex aren't the issue... there are other cultural issues! Isan is a conservative area, but that doesn't mean intolerant in Western ways. The cultural norms here are different.
Well, thanks for another completed journey Tita Josie, although one of the weirder ones. As we hear often enough in other BL series, don’t overthink the ending. Trying to unravel time travel with logical thought never works out, so let’s just go with the fantasy on this one. It was enjoyable enough along the way, but the ending could have been … less awkward?! You know when you’re mainly worried about a main character having a charging cord for his iphone that you’re in a bit of trouble. Wouldn’t mind seeing these actors in something else.
I'm confused too Tita i don't expect that, Kiew is more old to Baimee and they meet again in the future, this is a bad feeling. Who can be together? But the good thing is they know each other again, i think the kindest love is still alive this is the best feeling.
