Had some fun with Void, but now it's time to go back to my roots by re-installing GNU Guix on my main laptop.

which image are you using? I get the same error message and neither WLAN nor Ethernet is recognized. I have the image from the guix website (standard)

I'm using the Nonguix image from their GitLab repo. The official Guix image does not have nonfree firmware needed by most wifi cards
