So, so amazing. My wife (then GF) and I were wandering through the Quarter back in 2016 or so when we were in NOLA for a friend's wedding when we stumbled upon Tanya & Dorise. We were absolutely blown away by them. Sad to see they're no longer performing together. Incredible talent.
I saw these two when I was in New Orleans last April. They play right across the street from the Omni Royal Orleans. They were playing stairway to heaven when I first heard them. They stopped me dead in my tracks. I love these two!
The next time I visit New Orleans, I hope to find these two ladies reunite and continue to perform. I know they have gone separate ways and only one (asian lady) is still playing. I hope she is still around.
Bro I have worked so many weddings and classical musicians put it in their contracts they don't have to play if once humidity is over a certain percentage... let alone raining! Crazy. Also these musicians sound awesome.
