To minimize confusion for viewers not familiar with the brand, OVS is Overland Vehicle Systems. The section is titled and it was stated as Off-road vs Overland. They have great products from gear to storage to tents/awnings.
That "launcher".. Interesting But I Doubt Seriously that it's going to Stop a grizzly..or any bear. Now I would LOVE to be proven wrong...video evidence would confirm that. My reasons...if a charging grizzly is NOT detered by a hi power rifle, a plastic ball sure as hell isn't.
Every thing for overland and or camping is extremly expensive, a huge mark up for people who cant build or have any skills to make or create things on their own.
Re: your new Thunderbox. Pick up a bale of hamster bedding, alder or poplar. Place a couple of handfuls into the bottom of a fresh bag. Really try and put #1 elsewhere and after making a deposit of #2 toss another handful of bedding in, close lid. Used TP goes into a zip lock bag and when full tossed as garbage. If you keep excess moisture out of the bag the bedding dries out the #2 deposits rendering than almost odourless. You can use a single bag for days...
Ya might want to check the definition of a "firearm" in your state, or states that you travel to, for the "Non lethal launcher" item. If it's capable of discharging anything it might qualify as a firearm. Sure sounds like it would fall into a firearm category in Va.
I really want to love the Thunderbox because it can fold down and has a nice height for a toilet. The problem is the price is outrageous for what you are getting. I can get a portable flushing toilet for half the price.
Loved the bags sales guy
good to see what was available. good purchases in my eyes.
im really happy to see that new item that will help us Canadians is that Byrna Projectile Device. perfect for camping in the wilderness.
Do NOT use that Byrna launcher on a bear lol
anything tumbo tusk is TOO expensive

I stayed across from you guys at Riverview on that Saturday night. I recognize the trailer/awning and remember you filming at the table. Small world!
Very nice VIDEO😀

😎👍
23 Zero salesman needs to HONE his pitch.
Too many bad things about HIS OWN product. Yikes!
The byrna is fine for self defense against a person, ain’t gonna do a damn thing against a griz
Thunderbox and Byrna launcher, great items, but I'm gonna rename my thunderbox to Armageddon box...

I bought a Lifelite which is similar and it couldn't be shipped to NJ but Prime delivered it to our campsite in FL :)
Imagine that.......you can buy canvass bags to stuff into other canvass bags.
hahaha
Great video! I like how you broke up the segments and named the venders.
Excellent video !!! thanks for sharing.

True but you can’t pack up a flushable toilet and carry it under your arm. Price is always a trade of between necessity and convenience.
Did they offer a discount at the show for the thunder box to make it worth getting, on there next event vs on line?
Yes, they did have a discount
