@@inkchariot6147 I think calling the corrupted form shot out of the cannon at the end "Cyber Sonic" makes more sense. The one with the red aura and glowing blue eyes being "Super Sonic 2" works better.
Hey guys I edit the Sonic News Network (Sonic Wiki) sometimes and in the game files the new playable form is named “Super Sonic 2” and the one form that got shot out Supreme’s cannon is named “Super Sonic Cyber”.

@@Crimstronic yep, and even if you did make it to phase 2. You need over 100 rings to get past the cutscene lol
Does that mean you’re left over with the exact amount of rings from the first fight with Supreme?
@@burp3267really late but I swear I’ve seen at least one person NOT get that cutscene. I think there’s a way to not trigger it but not sure how.

the fact sonic survived the plunge from space gives leeway to the possiblity shadow didnt die at the end of SA2. i mean i hope he's a clone of the orignal still, dat reveal at the end of sonic heroes was metal, but still.
Shadows own game confirms he survived sa2 ending and is also the same shadow from heroes. Eggman tells shadow he’s always been the original during the final boss.
It's been confirmed for roughly twenty years that Shadow is the original.
Additionally Sonic has been falling from space since like…S3&K. Or Sonic 2 or something.

For those struggling with naming conventions- the most accurate titles for Sonic's new forms are both (words in brackets may be ommited for brevity's sake), "[Cyber-Corruption] Enhanced Super Sonic", and "[Maximum-Capacity] Cyber Sonic" respectively.
But I've also just been referring to them as "2per Sonic", and "2per Sonic Blue" for funsies.

Raging Demon, three whole extra Super Sonic Variants, Seinen protagonist levels of disrespect, a Sonic X reference and the most overtly destructive antagonist to date. It's amazing that Sonic team has come so far. The difficulty was a bit too much but it separated the men from the boys.
Oh and Sonic doesn't use guns, unless he's the bullet, huzzah for technicalities!
Bro this guy's brain was not working, the game literally told him how to parry, to attack the gun, and where the gun lands, and he needed people to tell him what to do for the entite fight 🗿

You are so lucky, I can never beat the master Kocos trial, how do you beat it, what attack should I be using more
Change to easy mode and use quick cyloop to stun the bosses and spam stomp for high damage numbers. Took me a couple of runs to have enough rings to beat it.
also make sure the dramatic moves are turned on or your rings will still count down during the stomp.
Giganto: Rush and build up a cyloop, use the same attack to do the most damage and go straight to phase 2, then cyloop him again and parry the swipe, ez pz.
Wyvern: Perfect parry the missile that comes at you, then learn the timing to perfect parry Wyvern's swipe, cyloop him immediately and just do the same move to do the most damage, phase 2 is the same except for when Wyvern goes to swipe, IMMEDIATELY PARRY. The timing on phase 2 is less than a second for Wyvern to attack you and you have to parry twice.
Knight: Same shit, get him to throw the shield and run that shit back into him, as for phase 2? Parry the shield and wait for that fucker to be right next to you so you can hit him immediately, then just kill his ass.

Just because the boss fight is more difficult doesn't mean it is better
Sekiro and Bloodborne are way better in terms of boss fight.

The Dark Soul or Elden Ring's combat system is quite repeatable and too basic in my opinion, if only they could add more features for your character like how they did with Sekiro, it would've been better
Just my opinion, there's also a few games like Metal Gear Rising & DMC5 got iconic boss fights too
I wanna believe that bosses being hard makes them more enjoyable, but I just don't. I think about the Roxas fight in KH2- and how that fight isn't hard at all but because you are fighting someone at the same weight class and the fight is very punishing if you don't know what you are doing it, I like it.
The End in Sonic Frontiers doesn't give you enough information to beat it without help and throws you a parry that you can barely time so late before you can even practice with it, making it difficult for all the wrong reasons.
(My save file is on Extreme Mode- wish me luck)
No offense, but this is proving dragon ball fans can't read, after transforming, the game tells you that parry has been changed to perfect parry, meaning that you have to time when to dodge The End's attacks, you cannot just hold it down. P.S. I actually played this myself and this is one of the most confusing final bosses ever made, since its not very clear on what you're supposed to do.
If you are going to yell into your mic, get a better one.
