Same! The top of the refill oil doesn’t open. It keeps spinning but doesn’t open. I noticed that you opened yours off camera. How do you do it?
@@A.R.85It is basicly a lock for children safety. You just have to push down the cap while you spin it at the same time.
@@annabellpoti I did all that of course but didn’t work. Threw it away.

Junk i have 3 of em and constantly needing to mess with the batteries to get it to work then works 1 time, bad contact on battery ends the taller one before these came out worked fine get one of those if ya can find one.

Hello. The blue light doesn't have to be on all the time, but if it just lights up, the machine is most likely bad.
