Nice video, but what about the CYCLE COUNT? Your video is mostly talking about the importance of inventory counts..

The very definition of cycle counting is an audit of a subset of the inventory... not "but we're going to use the example of counting everything all at once, all of our stock, all of our inventory" >.

I hate cycle counts and especially reconciling variances. But on the long run it really helps.
