Hi your English is outstanding ... i bought 4 EZVIS C3W cameras together with Vault live recorder ...in the begining everything was working fine until recently when two of the cameras motion dectectors stopped working, despite checking all the settings they refuse to work. Does anyone have some adivise please. ?
Hi Lynette. We suggest if at all possible, to use strip connectors (images.app.goo.gl/ME5xLLfpxUiYGbgR6) that are big enough to fit over the two point plug and then extend it with 1.5mm2 cable to another twin or three point plug. Your last option will be to cut the original wire if the joint is outside and to cover with a waterproof joint. This might affect your warranty. Hope this helps. How do you extend the wire work to mount to outdoor area? Cables is very short
