@ from lvl 1 - 10 you will do either the new zone blizzard made or the old ones, except the new player who will be forced to do the new one blizzard makes for the first character. On lvl 10 you get to choose an expansion to lvl through from 10 - 50. This lets you experience an entire expansion while leveling instead of just doing 1 zone for all expansions until 120. Dont like that they reduce the time it takes to get max level with 70% tho. They said that they agree leveling takes to long now.. uuuuh lvl 1 - 120 takes about 1/4 of the time lvl 1 - 60 did in vanilla, and they wanna reduce that with 70%? Why even bother selling lvl boost for 50$ if you can start from 1 to max lvl in about 6 hours?

Sylvanas approaching the Frozen Throne was very reminiscent of Arthas entering Lordaeron City in the Warcraft III cinematic to kill his father and topple the kingdom to which he was the heir. The same overhead shot with a couple of lackeys in tow. His father's crown was also broken in that scene.
Nice! Warlords of Draenor was obviously the ultimate callback to previous cinematics (and extremely well done), but I always loved that they did it again briefly here evoking Arthas' crowning before they subverted it. Never caught that it was also calling back to the fall of Lordaeron!
Notice that Bolvar does not say anything before the crown was removed. And his movements seem slightly sluggish, like being controlled. I wonder if the change from red to blue was kinda signifying that Ner'zhul is also possibly making a return due. As said "Ice Crown has a tendency to whisper." I feel as though it is more then just a simple spec change of some kind. I think Ner'zhul has been plotting a way to retrieve his power from the time Arthas first expelled him from the Lich King's Armor. He's not truly dead and I feel he has more to do with this expansion then first meets the eye.
Chris Metzen said that Ner'zhul was gone, out of the picture. Then again, how much can we really trust him? If it turns out to the contrary, it could be that he wasn't actually expelled from the Helm, but just let Arthas believe he got rid of him. Ner'zhul seemed far more patient and cunning than Arthas, so I could see Ner'zhul having the attitude of "You want to play it that way, and think you're so smart, Prince Blondie? Fine. Have it your way. If there's something I have more than enough of, it's time. Let's see how things go for you."

Sylvanas has been growing her power and plotting the downfall of this very throne since before Arthas even merged with the Lich King. Bolvar is a brave hero who inherited an extremely powerful helm, but artifacts are best used by those of commensurate power, not someone brought low by the lord whose scraps he would inherit. My money would've been on the Banshee Queen over Lich King Jr. regardless, Jailer or no Jailer.

My Queen!*Kneels Your expression on your faces when the veil opened mirrors mine when I saw this. The Lich King is no more so there is nothing/no one that can keep the veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead intact. Arthas was not the first Lich King if you didn´t know. The first Lich King were the Orc Ner´zhul what were tricked into a blood pact with Kil´jaeden to serve the Burning Legion. When he tried to escape during the Second War, Kil´jaeden captured him and destroyed his mortal form. His spirit was transformed into the helm of domination (the crown) and became know as the Lich King. The helm were encased in mystical ice of the Frozen throne atop a glacier in Icecrown. From there he created the Undead Scourge in preparation for the Burning Legion. Through telepathy he then reached out into Azeroth to find a dark soul that could hear his call and found a dark mage named Kel´Thuzad (last boss in Naxxramas). Arthas killed the mage but this was the Lich King´s intention all along since he knew this act would start to poison the young prince´s mind. He became so desperate to get rid of the undead that he slaughter the whole town of Stratholme since he thought they had been infected. He went to Icecrown to stop it all but the Lich King knew he was coming and said that the only way to stop the undead were to free the crown from the ice and take the power. And so the Lich King were free from his icy prison. (I love the Arthas lore and have read the book Arthas which I highly recommend, therefore my geekness here, sorry for that ;P). They explained the Shadowlands as the birthplace for the Valkyries and the spirit guides (the angels at the grave yard when you die in the game) and that we will meet familiar faces but they are changed. Will be fun to see who we meet.
I'd love to see Thrall's reaction when he meets Necrolord Draka. Or Lor'themar's reaction to vampire Kael'thas, although I guess it would be along the lines of "Somebody hand me a stake".

It will be very interesting if Taelia Fordragon comes in and joins into the new expansion as she was helping the player through the story of BFA and she is Bolvar's father, so she may be accompanying us in "ShadowLands"

Seconds before Bolvar became the Lich King, the sky shaked as if something was unstable. As soon as those eyes became orange, everything was fine. So that means in Warcraft 3, Sargeras, with the help of Kil'Jaeden, crafted Frostmourne and the Helm of Domination from the Shadowlands and locked Azeroth within a prison. Until today.
See, this is going to be the "travel to an alternate universe to chase down Garrosh 2.0" expansion. Next expansion will be the "oh she lead us to the void" expansion.
shadowlands doesn't quite come out of left field though. belullar here on youtube has been talking about shadowlands possibly being the next expansion for a while. we knew she's been trying to feed death, and that explains a few of her actions from this expansion.

In exchange for sending new souls to the afterlife, she was granted vast amount of power. One more thing, anyone else think that,Sylvanas would make a horrible actress? Every person who's died recently has gone to hell and that's what making both her and the jailer stronger.
Aesahethr Yup. It makes her actions in BfA suddenly look a lot less crazy. She was never trying to win the war, just ensure that it got as many people on both sides killed as was possible. In this cinematic she’s roided up by an entire world war’s worth of deaths.

My opinion on the Hearthstone incident is that the only thing Blizzard did wrong was the punishment was, and still is, too harsh That was not the place or time for political speech. Even Speech you agree with. The rules clearly stated that it was not allowed.
First the rules are worded in such a vague way that Blizzard can arbitrarily punish or not punish any type of speech they want, there is nothing fair about any of this and it's particularly hypocritical after their whole spiel about loving freedom of speech. It was an utter and complete lie. Second everywhere is the place for political speech, the absorption of a state by an autocracy is something of much more importance than a tournament or Blizzard and their viewer's comfort. Third, the casters didn't do anything wrong and they're just a sacrifice to appease Chinese authorities and if you think that's not fucked up I can't do anything for you. Blizzard as an entity is showing how Western corporations which combined basically own all the means by which free speech can be expressed will bow to a dictatorship's will. It's laughable to even consider this "not the time for this".

My opinion on the Hearthstone incident is that the only thing Blizzard did wrong was the punishment was, and still is, too harsh
That was not the place or time for political speech. Even Speech you agree with. The rules clearly stated that it was not allowed.
First the rules are worded in such a vague way that Blizzard can arbitrarily punish or not punish any type of speech they want, there is nothing fair about any of this and it's particularly hypocritical after their whole spiel about loving freedom of speech. It was an utter and complete lie. Second everywhere is the place for political speech, the absorption of a state by an autocracy is something of much more importance than a tournament or Blizzard and their viewer's comfort. Third, the casters didn't do anything wrong and they're just a sacrifice to appease Chinese authorities and if you think that's not fucked up I can't do anything for you.
Blizzard as an entity is showing how Western corporations which combined basically own all the means by which free speech can be expressed will bow to a dictatorship's will. It's laughable to even consider this "not the time for this".

Sylvanas became the Mary Sue of the Wow and this is pure shit, I loved that character and what they are doing with her makes no sense.
How can a character really be a Mary Sue if they're corruptible? Corruption precludes not having flaws, doesn't it?
