Dean, whenever I try to remember yung key principles of IHL, binabaliktad ko lang po yung ginagawa ni Putin sa Ukraine. 1) Principle of humanity - binobomba niya yung mga tao dahil wala silang proteksyon under an agreement, 2) Principle of distinction - lahat tinatarget niya, whether military or civilian, 3) Principle of military necessity - indiscriminate yung bombing and shelling niya , 4) Principle of proportionality - kahit walang military value yung isang target or kahit wala na yung Ukraine sa isang lugar, pasasabugin niya pa rin. Sana nga ma-try siya before the ICC pero we know that's not happening.
