    자세가 안 나와서ㅠ 제 운동 영상 찍어서 코치님 하시는거랑 비교해 보니까 뭐가 문제인지 콕콕 보이네요. 포인트 짚어주시는거 짱입니다.

    아직 초보라 니레이즈로 와드 수행하는데 토투바도 반동을 이용해서 하면 되는거였군용!!! 영상 이해 너무잘됩니다!! 끝나고 철봉 계속 연습중인데 다른분들처럼 제대로 와드 수행하고싶네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 코치님 몸이 운동자극 확실히 됩니다!! ㅎㅎ

    토투바하는데 이상하게 복근은 아프기전에 전완근이 먼저 털리던데 해결법 없을까여

      토투바 진행에 어려울 정도로 매달리기가 힘드시다면 꼭 데드행 같은 보조 운동에 투자를 하시는게 좋을것 같아요 진행 시 그립끼지 말고 맨손으로 진행하시는걸 추천드려🐲

    너무 좋은 정보 감사합니다 ㅠㅠ 혹시 바에 터리를 한 후 백스윙을 할 때 그냥 힘 없이 자연스레 다리가 뒤로 가는 게 아니고 다리에 힘을 주고 힘차게 뒤로 보내줘야하는건가요??
