@@moonbabytarot Benebell Wen also did a walk through and talked about it -- I wanna say in April of this year. The deck's creator has quite a story surrounding the deck as well. If I recall, she lost everything when her computer crashed just as she got to The Tower card and had to start all over. She ended the project on August 8, which is the lion's gate portal, thus the name. Very interesting back story.
I'm so glad you decided to do this spin on the top 5 of 2020! I love seeing decks that people actually work with, and I don't think I would have guessed all your top five. I knew Intuitive Night Goddess would be on there even though it's relatively new. It's such a fabulous deck, and those backs! SWOON. But I was so surprised to see the CS made your number 4! It's definitely my own personal workhorse RWS. I just love what Conrad did with it...all the coloration I love from the vintage 70s decks, but with some pop. (And you know what...I think you have one of the first two tins for it, too!) I knew your Apparition deck would be somewhere in your top five, and I love seeing this deck pop up in videos. The art just stands out so well. I was so surprised that Lion's Gate was your two! I would have laid money on that being your number one. I'm in love with that deck, and I'm really happy I finally listened to your hyping up of it. :) I think it's been the only deck I've reached for this whole month. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised by your Solara Occulta being number one...it is just such a "BRANT" deck. A fabulous combination of classy aesthetic and symbolic depth.

I did get the oracle deck "Mercury Salt Sulphur" for the beautiful and quirky art, but I haven't really worked with it yet. (Of course, if you ever want to part with one of your Solara Occulto Tarot copies, I'm interested!)

I absolutely love all your favorites! I’ve watched so many 2020 favs & this is the only video that I loved every single deck. Also that had such different decks...nothing I’ve seen ,I’m pretty sure in any other video. The top 2!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Yes please new 2021 decks!

The cracked mirror is freaking many people out 😂. I don’t remember when it cracked. I replaced it with another piece of art. Then I found it again and just put it back up. I didn’t even think about the superstition
@@moonbabytarot Haha, glad I'm not alone. I'm not so much superstitious, as I like everything to be correct and in its place. So I'd feel the same unease if you had a piece of art hanging on the wall that was perpetually crooked.
