I went back to Cornwall with my girl friend last year for the first time since I was a boy (I used to go every summer with the family) it's my favourite place in England. We were looking for something to watch about cornwall because we both miss it and I found this and it was perfect. Watched the whole thing, made me feel like I was back there. The only trouble is ,if I did visit I would not want to leave. I would love to live by the sea. Its a dream of mine. A rugged coastline, a place steeped in history, and some nearby woodlands. So I can paint, and watch wildlife. Am I asking too much?

Stunning video! I visit Cornwall every year (from Surrey) and it is worth the long drive. I recommended Cornwall to a friend who lives nearby, but is originally from South Africa, and she visited St Ives last summer and couldn't believe we have beaches like these in the UK!

I am lucky enough to live in beautiful Cornwall and despite its problems it is the best place i have lived in
i had some doubts about Cornwall for a camping trip, was split between north Scotland and Penzance but these video are wonderful and the family definitely is going to Cornwall for August. Thank you Mr Paul Dining

Can't go by train or bus because they're islands, you can take a ferry, plane or helicopter there though.
Mr Dinning, firstly, thank you so much for shooting, editing & posting these. I've been to the UK many times form USA, but have not been to Cornwall.....until now. What are your thoughts about visiting in late October vs April or May?
potus8 Thank you very much and sorry for the late reply. October and April can both be beautiful and quite a bit quieter than the summer. I would say May probably has the best chance of good weather.
The wife and I were in the uk a year ago we went to Cornwell and the scilly Isle had a great time
it looks like the west coast of scotland but with heat and sunshine!! Where is the place at 36.29. is the water warm down there. thinking of coming down at beginning of July and would like to swim in water that at least doesn't make you numb after 10 minutes :D
Thank you. The beach at 36:29 is on the island of St Martins in the Isles of Scilly. I agree it does look like the west coast of Scotland, in fact it reminds me of the silver sands of Morar where I stayed on holiday once. The weather on the Isles of Scilly is very mild but the water is not very warm because the islands are about 20 miles in to the Atlantic.
