Today I'm going to share the recipe of most easy ★ Squid Roast ★ Koonthal Roast ★. It is very simple & easy method & ingredients used here are easily available in our kitchen. So do try this delicious & mouthwatering recipe & share your experience with me😊.
INGREDIENTS ;
Squid : 1 Kg
Onion : 2 + 1
Green Chilly : 8
Tomato : 1 & Half
Ginger Garlic ( Crushed ) :2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves : ...
Dry Chilly : 4
Coconut Pieces : 2 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp
Chilly Powder : 2 Tbsp
Coriander Powder : 2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder : ½ Tsp
Pepper Powder : ½ Tsp
Garam Masala Powder : ½ Tsp
Coconut Oil : 2 Tbsp + 5 Tbsp
METHOD ;
Clean Wash And Cut Squid Into Rings .
In A Pan Add Onion, Tomato, Green Chilly Crushed Gingergarlic, Coconut Pieces, Chilly Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder , Salt And Coconut Oil .
Crush Well With Hand..
Then Add Squid And Mix Well .. Keep Aside For 1 Hour Or 15 Minute
Then Cook In Medium Flame For Squid Cook Well.
Now Heat Coconut Oil And Add Curry Leaves, Dry Chilly, Coconut Pieces, Green Chilly And Saute Well.
Then Add Onion, Salt And Chilly Powder Saute Until The Chilly Powder Raw Smell Goes Away.
Then Add Cooked Squid Masala And Roast Well ..
Finally Add Curry Leaves And Pepper.
So The Tasty Squid Roast Is Ready To Serve, Enjoy😋😋😋
