Generals 2 kinda sucked from the beginning.
Its very clear they were making the game for the asian market.
It was also basically ripping off StarCraft. Which they failed to do twice already with C&C 4 and Red Alert 3.

It is. The game title tells that the map creator is German because in Germany Tiberian Sun was declarated as Command & Conquer 3. This is wrong because Tib Wars is Command & conquer 3.
