C2U should have allowed Rakan to keep AOE provoke when he counters. The Collapse skill counter proc is so low anyways that it shouldn't be too had. Besides there is also an infinite provoke monster in game anyways, that Wind Gargoyle.
His whole kit is good att buff ability to remove a mon from the match even if it's for a moment it can decide a battle and he has aoe strip and atb push back

How can you say that when you don't even know the rune set and stats. It's very likely a tanky Dominic. The damage is more than enough. Proof is that he's becoming meta in both RTA and siege. People don't seem to realise that he does true damage every turn with no cooldown, as well as ATB absorb
It’s cuz it was a revenge hit. Nana only gets the stack if the kill happens on your turn, so revenge kills or kills from DOTs don’t count towards her passive
